Standalone program
I really like using this program on my computer! It's awesome and has everything I need - notes, contacts, and email. The security is really great too. However, when it comes to syncing with my phone, it's a complete disaster. It ends up deleting things and duplicating stuff randomly. I mean, seriously? It's 2021, syncing should be smooth sailing by now! Overall, I'd probably give it 4 or 5 stars for standalone use, but only 2 stars as a package.

Water conditioner purchase
I bought a water conditioner from this company not long ago and it really improved the quality of my water. Installing it was easy and I liked that they have different products to fit various pipe sizes. The customer service team answered all my questions before I bought it, which was great. I'm happy with the product and will probably shop with them again in the future.
