Travel luggage
I love this luggage for people who travel a lot. I'm always on the move for work, so having a tough and trustworthy suitcase is super important to me. Sadly, I ran into a problem with the latch on my luggage, but when I contacted customer service, they fixed it right up. I really liked how quickly they responded and took care of my issue. All in all, I'm really happy with the product and the customer service was great.

VIP ticket purchase for concert in Spokane
I bought some VIP tickets for a concert in Spokane on this platform. But when I got there, I realized my seats were not actually VIP like I thought. They were general admission seats behind the VIP section, even though I paid extra for VIP seats in rows 1-8. When I tried to talk to customer service about it, they just brushed me off and said they aren't responsible for the tickets they sell. I was really let down by their lack of accountability. Just a heads up for anyone thinking of buying tickets on this site, maybe look at other options to avoid getting disappointed like I did.

I finally found a company that knows how to treat their customers right! I had a little mishap where my pet destroyed my cable charger on a Friday, so I reached out to explain what happened. Honestly, I didn't really expect to hear back from them. But surprise, surprise! Dale replied first thing Monday morning and told me a new cord was already on its way. Not only was he quick to respond, but the replacement was already getting shipped out by mid morning on Monday. It's rare to find this level of efficiency and commitment to making customers happy these days. I was blown away and so thankful for such a smooth and stress-free experience. I'll definitely be sticking with this company from now on. Thanks for renewing my faith in top-notch customer service!
