    Got a new helmet

    My new helmet finally got here after all those updates that I didn't understand. I was super pumped but then the wait was so stinkin' long because the free shipping wasn't the greatest. Customer service wasn't too bad, at least they were quick to get back to me.

    Broken bike pump

    I wouldn't suggest buying it if you're outside of the country. I had to shell out extra cash for return fees, almost the same amount as the pump cost. Dealing with Customer Service and the Warranty departments was no help in fixing the problem.

    I recently bought some cycling gear from this store, and I gotta say, I was really pleased with the customer service I got. I had gotten a few items as gifts, but the sizes didn't work out quite right. When I tried to return them on their website, I had trouble with one item not showing up. Feeling frustrated, I decided to chat with customer service on a Friday night, not thinking I'd get a response. But to my surprise, I was quickly connected with someone who fixed my problem and sent me a return label right away - no extra charges. This kind of service really impressed me and I feel good about ordering from them again. They have a big selection and good discounts too. Thanks to them, I was able to get my whole cycling crew looking sharp this year.

    Bike helmet and gloves

    I got this really cool bike helmet and gloves from the store and I was so excited about it. But then, out of nowhere, the helmet completely started falling apart after just a few times using it! Like, seriously? So, I went to get it replaced and they were all like, "Oh, we can give you a discount on a new one." Excuse me, but no thank you! I want a brand new one for free! It's not my fault that your stuff falls apart like that. Really disappointed with how they handled the situation.

    A new helmet and gloves totaling $100

    I snagged this sweet new helmet and gloves for a hundred bucks, but when they came, they were way too snug. I reached out to customer service to get a refund, but it's been ages and still no cash in sight. They promised a quick refund in 3-5 business days, but that was a total lie. Their customer support is MIA, and all I really want is my money back pronto.

    Expensive wheels purchase

    I bought some really expensive wheels from this place that recently started a rewards program. I was excited about the possibility of earning some cool rewards, but it turns out this program is more complicated than a circus act. If you purchase something on sale, you can forget about earning any rewards points. It's like they only want you to pay full price or nothing at all. And even if you reach the highest level, the perks they offer are not that impressive. They will place orders for you, but honestly, who really needs that? I can handle my own orders just fine, thank you very much. To make matters worse, it takes ages for the rewards to show up in your account, and they just disappear after 90 days. What a disappointment!

    Bike woes

    I bought a bike from this place last year and it's been a total disaster! The crankset was bent, bumped into the derailleur, and caused a whole bunch of problems. I had to replace parts, spend a ton of money, and it's still not working right. The local bike shop thinks they used a drill instead of torque wrenches when they put it together. Avoid buying a bike from here at all costs!

    My son ordered a rotor -6 bolt back in October. The tracking number said it was delivered to the shipper, but they couldn't find it. I reached out to customer service and talked to this really nice guy named Jackson. He sent a replacement with expedited shipping for free. The service was great!

    My latest bike order

    Hey guys, I need to tell you about Competitive Cyclist. It used to be my go-to store, but recently it's been a disaster. I've shopped there multiple times in the past two years, and let me tell you, it's been a disappointment. Poor deals and ridiculous shipping times! If you think you're getting two-day shipping, think again. It's two days from when they decide to send it out. I placed an order on August 14th at 11 am, but as of 5 pm on the 15th, it still hasn't been shipped. Doubt I'll get it on time now! I might have to reorder and buy locally since I was promised two-day shipping. Don't get me started on broken promises. Ugh, thanks a lot Competitive Cyclist! Hate to say it, but you're better off sticking to local stores or good ol' Amazon.

    That was a total disaster! I made the biggest mistake by ordering from this site and they use the absolute worst delivery service - Lasership. My expensive gear never showed up and talking to customer service was a total nightmare. I definitely won't be shopping here again.

    I recently bought some new cycling gear from Competitive Cyclist, and I gotta say, their customer service left a lot to be desired. I made sure to reach out right after ordering to make sure my stuff would be delivered with a certain courier, since I've had problems with other ones before. But even after trying to confirm my choice, they still ended up giving me a tracking number for a different courier.     Two high-end components on sale

    I just gotta say, the prices at this place are amazing! I scored two high-quality items on sale, and let me tell you, the savings were unbelievable.     Recently purchased cycling gear

    I recently bought some cycling gear from Competitive Cyclist and ran into some issues with the ordering process. At first, my order got delayed because of a credit card problem that should have been caught when I first placed the order. They emailed me to say my card got declined, and instead of contacting me directly, they ended up giving one of my items to someone else. After I called to fix things, they said the payment went through fine, but I never got a confirmation email. This caused even more problems because the item that got mistakenly given away was now out of stock. Even though they promised me next-day shipping by Tuesday, it's now Friday afternoon and I still haven't gotten a shipping confirmation.

    Feedback Torque Wrench

    Hey everyone, let me share how I feel about Competitive Cyclist. I've been a loyal customer for a while now, and honestly, I'm pretty bummed out. I recently took part in this Strava challenge they had going on where you could score a 20% discount on a "qualified" full-price product if you clocked in 13 hours of riding before 10/31/21. So, I wanted to snag a Feedback Torque Wrench. But guess what? The promo code wouldn't work, even though the website said it did (spoiler alert: it didn't). And on top of that, the wrench wasn't even considered one of the qualifying items. Talk about tricky fine print! Now, if I want to use that discount, I gotta jump through hoops and give them a call to get it sorted out. It's super annoying and kind of a letdown, to be honest.

    Ibis Hakka frame

    I bought an Ibis Hakka frame from Competitive Cyclist not too long ago. Unfortunately, I was pretty let down by one of the frames when I checked it out. There were a bunch of dimples and bumps on it, with some as big as 2.5 inches. I contacted customer service, but they didn't want to own up to sending out a messed-up frame that shouldn't have made it past quality control. And to top it off, they wanted me to foot the bill for return shipping, on top of what I already paid for shipping. Dealing with all of this has left me feeling annoyed and unimpressed with their service.
