    Man, what a joke! I went all out and treated myself to a ridiculously pricey pair of shoes from this one company, and what do they do? They totally ghosted me for over two years before even bothering to check up on my order! Can you believe that? I started to think maybe my shoes disappeared into some kind of black hole or they straight up forgot about me. And then, on top of all that, they had the nerve to ask me for feedback on the product when I had already given up hope of ever getting it. Their customer service is just awful across the board. Needless to say, I am never shopping there again.

    Subscription Refund Issue

    I had this frustrating situation with a security software company. I reached out to cancel my subscription and get a refund since I was still eligible. But they told me I couldn't get a refund because they renewed my subscription without telling me a month ahead. That's just shady and wrong. I won't be dealing with them again and I'd urge others to watch out for their sneaky business practices.

    A new helmet and gloves totaling $100

    I snagged this sweet new helmet and gloves for a hundred bucks, but when they came, they were way too snug. I reached out to customer service to get a refund, but it's been ages and still no cash in sight. They promised a quick refund in 3-5 business days, but that was a total lie. Their customer support is MIA, and all I really want is my money back pronto.

    I just bought some fiction books from this bookstore and I have to say, I was really impressed. The bookstore was in a good spot, they had a nice selection of books, and the customer service was excellent. If they didn't have a book I wanted, they could order it and have it for me in no time.     I bought a pair of sneakers from this company recently and let me tell you, it's been a total disaster. I shelled out for express shipping, hoping to get my order in 2-3 days like they said. Well, it's been over a week now and my order hasn't even been sent out. I've tried emailing Sneaker World multiple times, but they haven't responded at all.     Canceled service refund

    It's just crazy that my husband isn't getting back some of the money for the month he canceled the service and won't be using. I mean, what kind of company hangs onto your cash even when you're not using what you paid for? It just seems unfair, especially for seniors on a budget trying to save a little money.
