Top and bottom purchases
I had to get both my top and bottom teeth fixed even though I only needed the top one. I was snacking away when they broke, so I went to see about getting them fixed under warranty. Turns out, they said my warranty was only good for 6 months when it should have been for a whole year! That's just not right, and it's really disappointing. I dropped a lot of cash on these teeth, and now I can't even eat properly with them because they're so delicate. I even recommended them to my friends, but now I feel awful because I got duped with this bogus warranty deal. Not a happy camper right now!

The customer service from this company is just awful. I asked for a return more than two weeks ago and haven't heard back from them at all. It's so frustrating not getting any assistance or even a simple reply from a company that's supposed to care about their customers. I really recommend not using this company if you care about decent customer service and quick replies.

Bike helmet and gloves
I got this really cool bike helmet and gloves from the store and I was so excited about it. But then, out of nowhere, the helmet completely started falling apart after just a few times using it! Like, seriously? So, I went to get it replaced and they were all like, "Oh, we can give you a discount on a new one." Excuse me, but no thank you! I want a brand new one for free! It's not my fault that your stuff falls apart like that. Really disappointed with how they handled the situation.

Bamboo Motion t-shirt
OMG you guys, I just got this bamboo shirt and it feels like I'm wearing a cloud! It's so incredibly soft and comfy, I swear I never want to take it off. The fit is just perfect and it washes like a dream. And the best part is, there are no crazy logos all over it - just a little one at the bottom that blends in with the shirt. It looks really stylish and high quality. I'm definitely going to be buying more of these!
