I ordered this really pricey jewelry from a website and they totally screwed up my order. I just bought a blue handbag from this company, and I ran into a big problem with color rubbing off. I have a couple of white handbags from the same brand, and when I hung the blue one next to them, the blue color transferred onto the white bags. I contacted the company for help, and I was really surprised by how they handled it. They told me to send the bags back to them on my dime for fixing, with no sorry for the trouble. Their lack of ownership in this situation has really let me down and made me worried about the quality of their stuff.

The jewelry set I bought was so beautiful, I really loved it. I got compliments every time I wore it. But, shipping took longer than I expected, which was a little disappointing.
