Suit purchase, fit issue
I recently bought a suit from this store, but unfortunately, the fitting wasn't done right when I got it. When I tried it on at an event out of town, I realized that the pants were too long and needed fixing. The sleeves were also too long, and the front of the coat was way too baggy, making me feel really uncomfortable and embarrassed. When I talked to the salesperson about these issues, they didn't offer any help or solutions, making me feel like they only cared about getting my money and not my satisfaction. I think every person buying a suit should be properly measured to make sure it fits well. I ended up having to pay an extra $100 for alterations afterwards, which was pretty disappointing and frustrating.
Tailored suit purchase
I just bought a custom suit at this place and I gotta say, it was an amazing experience. The customer service was outstanding - they really took their time to show me all my options without rushing me. Riley C. was super helpful and patient, he answered all my questions and made sure I was happy with my purchase. I know the suit I ordered will be just as awesome as the last one I got from them.

I just want to vent about my recent suit order for an event. It's been a total disaster. I placed an order for a suit for my dad and two shirts for myself. The delivery date came and went, but only one item showed up. I've been hitting up customer service for days now trying to figure out where the rest of my order is. It's been a whole week and a half and I still haven't received everything I paid for. This whole situation is driving me crazy and it's been a major pain.

I just bought a suit at the men's wear warehouse online and I gotta say, I was super let down with the whole thing. The suit I got wasn't how it was shown online and when I tried to send it back, the folks at customer service were no help at all. They didn't want to give me a refund, even after I showed them proof that the suit wasn't what I expected and didn't match the pictures on the website. I ended up having to pay to ship it back and they still gave me a hard time. It was a frustrating and annoying process that really left a bad taste in my mouth. I definitely won't be shopping there again.
Shirt and tie purchase
My time at this store was fantastic. When I walked in, Don Watson, the salesperson, greeted me right away. He was super helpful and made sure I found the perfect shirt and tie. Don knew his stuff and asked all the right questions. He even offered to measure me for the perfect fit and told me about the specials in the store. Even though he was busy with other customers, Don stayed cool and gave me great service with a smile. I ended up buying three shirts and an awesome tie, and I'm thrilled with my shopping trip.
Suit jacket and pants
I had the worst experience at the store in Asheville. I was there for 20 minutes and no one even bothered to help me, even though there were other customers who came in after me and got assistance before me. I ended up leaving and going to a different store where I was helped right away. I definitely won't be going back to that store again.

My experience with Men's Wearhouse was really frustrating. I made a mistake and accidentally ordered two jackets online. I called customer service right away to try and fix it, but they were not helpful at all. They told me it was already on its way and nothing could be done. It's crazy to think that in just 15 minutes, they couldn't change an online order. Now I have to deal with the extra jacket when it arrives, hoping that Men's Wearhouse will fix it then. The whole thing has been a hassle and really disappointing.
Matching Suits for a Wedding
Oh man, let me tell you about my dad's tuxedo nightmare for my sister's wedding. It was a total disaster! He had to drive so far just to pick it up, and then he kept having to go back because they couldn't get it right. One pant leg was longer than the other, his sleeves were different lengths, and the shirt didn't even fit properly. And to top it off, they ripped the clasp on his pants! The service was super slow since they were short-staffed, and they even lost my grandpa's order, so he had to make three trips! Buttons were falling off and a cufflink broke right before the wedding. It was a mess. When my dad tried to complain to corporate, they never even picked up the phone or replied to his texts. Like, seriously? Texting is the worst way to handle customer complaints. It cost $280 for the rental, which is insane considering the poor quality and lack of inspection for damages. I checked out their reviews online, and they are terrible. So yeah, don't bother going there for your event. Just have the guys buy matching suits instead.

I needed a suit for a wedding and thought ordering online would be quick since I know my size. But man, after waiting 18 days, that suit was still MIA. Turns out the delay was all thanks to FedEx, the delivery company they used. I've had bad encounters with FedEx before, so I was bummed to see they were the chosen ones for this delivery. Until they hook up with a better delivery service, I'll steer clear of ordering online from them. It's a bummer 'cause I was so pumped for that new suit for the wedding.

He knew his stuff when it came to styles and helped us pick out the perfect options for our bodies. Plus, he was super friendly and paid attention to every little detail, which made the whole process so much better. I definitely suggest checking out Brian and the store for any formalwear needs you have.

I've been coming to this store for nearly ten years now, and let me tell you, I am really let down by the new staff. The folks working there now are inexperienced and it's really showing. They messed up the measurements for my daughter's wedding outfit, which almost ended up ruining her big day. And it's not the first time something like this has happened - last year they even forgot the Groom's shirt and tie! That caused a ton of stress on the wedding day. The store really needs to step up their game and make sure their young employees are properly trained and supervised. They can't afford to keep making these kinds of mistakes.
Blazers and dress shirts
This place is seriously the worst. The people who work here are ridiculously slow and totally clueless. Whenever I come in, it feels like it takes forever to get any help. And when I finally do, they have no idea what they're doing! Plus, the prices are outrageous. It's like they assume I'm loaded or something. All in all, just a really terrible experience.

Your customer service is not fine I didn't shopped many times but common is discipline of back up team Before someone approaching for occasions based shopping order ,being a customer anyone can expect proper reply and guidelines as well
You people should work hard , attitude of back team is not a single issue rather in store some same situation faced .
