€200 necklace purchase
I was really let down by my purchase of a €200 necklace recently. It didn't even come in a jewelry box - just some flimsy paper that broke during shipping. Hard to believe a fancy brand would cut corners on something as basic as packaging. Even a cheaper necklace from somewhere else would come in a nice box! And on top of that, the customer service was terrible. They had the nerve to ask for feedback twice via email, but when I tried to get help, they totally ignored me. It was a joke and left me super frustrated.

Shoes
I bought some shoes at this store recently after checking that they were real from the brand. But, just after wearing them a little bit, I saw that the inside was getting really worn out. I tried reaching out for help, but the customer service was no good - they didn't offer any help at all. So now I'm trying to get this sorted out with someone else. I really recommend not buying from this store because my experience was so bad. Just trust your gut and stay away from this place.

I had a really good time at this place. The person I dealt with, Caroline, was so nice, super friendly, and really helpful. She made everything really easy for me. Her customer service skills and positive attitude were great and I really appreciated it.

Bathmat and gloves
I bought a bathmat and gloves from this place and they arrived right on time. The bathmat looks exactly like it did in the online picture and the gloves are really comfortable. I'm very satisfied with my purchase!

Daughter's wedding attire
I've been coming to this store for nearly ten years now, and let me tell you, I am really let down by the new staff. The folks working there now are inexperienced and it's really showing. They messed up the measurements for my daughter's wedding outfit, which almost ended up ruining her big day. And it's not the first time something like this has happened - last year they even forgot the Groom's shirt and tie! That caused a ton of stress on the wedding day. The store really needs to step up their game and make sure their young employees are properly trained and supervised. They can't afford to keep making these kinds of mistakes.
