€200 necklace purchase
I was really let down by my purchase of a €200 necklace recently. It didn't even come in a jewelry box - just some flimsy paper that broke during shipping. Hard to believe a fancy brand would cut corners on something as basic as packaging. Even a cheaper necklace from somewhere else would come in a nice box! And on top of that, the customer service was terrible. They had the nerve to ask for feedback twice via email, but when I tried to get help, they totally ignored me. It was a joke and left me super frustrated.
Cute purse
I'm really happy with how user-friendly the website was and the purse I purchased is super cute. However, I was bummed to find out that half of my order got canceled after it was confirmed. It's been a whole week, but I'm still waiting on the refund, so where is it? The other half of my order is supposed to arrive tomorrow, so I'm hoping it actually comes on time. At least the delivery times seem fast, so that's a plus.
Beautiful Necklace
I got this really pretty necklace online and it came super quick! The customer service was amazing, they kept me in the loop on everything. The necklace is gorgeous and I already have earrings that go with it perfectly! I got the earrings from a different store, but they all look so cute together. I'm so excited to wear the whole set, I'm going to feel like a movie star for sure!

I got myself a bag around Easter time and let me tell ya, they kept me in the loop the whole time about my order and delivery. It actually came right on time, just like they said it would, and they kept me updated on its journey to my doorstep. Luckily, it arrived in one piece and my bag was in perfect condition. You know what? It’s even better than I was expecting, and I gotta say, I’m super pleased with my purchase.

I recently got a new handbag and I have to say, I'm really happy with it. It came in perfect condition, which was a relief. But, I had a bit of trouble trying to figure out when it would be delivered. It was tough to find any info on that, and when I finally did, I was told it hadn't even been handed over yet. The day before it came, I got an email saying it was going to be delivered the next day, and it actually was. Even though there was some confusion and frustration along the way, the handbag did arrive in the end.

My bag is really gorgeous! I absolutely love it, but I kinda wish they had boxed it up or thrown in a dust bag. I mean, for how much I shelled out, they should have at least included one of those, ya know?
