    I got a product that didn't work right, so I contacted customer service for help. They only gave me a partial refund, but I think I deserve a full refund, including shipping. I was really disappointed with their response and felt like they didn't take my problem seriously.

    Subscription price increase

    The company keeps jacking up my subscription price every year for the last 3 years, it's now over $4000! Trying to stop the auto-renewal was a disaster - couldn't cancel online, had to talk to customer service. I was on hold for 4 hours, only to get disconnected. Emailed support for help, but got no reply. Ended up having to tell my credit card company to stop the payments.

    This company is just amazing. I've been a loyal customer for a few years now, and every time I order, they never let me down.     I've been a loyal customer for more than ten years now and I have to tell you, this company never fails to impress me.     School shoe purchase

    I recently bought some school shoes for my granddaughter at the retail store in Tulalip at Seattle Premium Outlet. When we walked in, Mateo gave us a nice welcome and offered to help us understand all the sale info. He even said he'd check the backroom for sizes if we couldn't find what we wanted. And on top of that, Joe saw my granddaughter looking at the shoes and gave her some personalized assistance in finding the perfect pair. Both Mateo and Joe were super professional, friendly, and helpful the whole time we were shopping. I definitely recommend the Tulalip store to anyone looking for quality shoes at good prices.

    My design project

    Modsy was a total disaster to work with. They really messed up my design project and I was left with more confusion than solutions. Their customer service was nowhere to be found, and their lack of communication drove me crazy. It was so hard to get any responses from them, and when I asked for help, I got pretty much nothing. The whole thing just made me feel upset and let down.

    Product sold to company in February 2023

    Our experience selling a product to this company was really frustrating. First, they made us jump through hoops just to get set up as a vendor. Then, we ran into problems when it came to getting paid. Turns out, their Accounts Payable department is outsourced to some third-party service, which caused a big holdup in payment and ended up costing us $1,285.00. We definitely suggest being careful if you decide to do business with them and honestly, we wouldn't recommend selling to them at all because of all the hassle and money we lost.
