Genuine Toyota Corolla 2010 parts
After waiting for a whopping four weeks, my order from Japan finally made it to Albania. I gotta say, I let out a big sigh of relief when I saw that the parts were the real deal - just like they promised on the website. I had ordered a Ring Set Piston and seal or ring, you know, the O( For Valve Steam Oil, for my 2010 Toyota Corolla. It's tough to come by legit parts these days, but these guys totally pulled through with the real deal. And to top it off, they didn't break the bank and got it to me super quick. Stressful return process
This company really has nerve trying to say they have easy returns, but let me tell you, my experience was anything but that. I couldn't get through to customer service, and every time I tried to reach out, it felt like they were just brushing me off. It's frustrating to deal with a company that straight up lies about what they offer. I'm really let down by the lack of professionalism and taking responsibility. I've never had such a bad time with an online store before. I'm going to take this problem to higher management and get help from the BBB so other folks know about this shady business.

Vest purchase
I recently bought a vest from an online store, and it was a pretty bad experience. I paid a lot of money for it, but it came two months late and was the wrong size. The material was cheap and two buttons fell off right away. When I tried to get a refund or exchange through customer service, they were no help. They asked for a bunch of pictures and codes, which I sent right away. But then they just told me to keep the vest, which didn't help me at all. This new system for full game replay is so disappointing! Last season's game pass was way better because it showed all the plays, but now it's just not as good. Also, there have been times when I try to watch a game and it takes me to a completely different game, so I can't even see the one I wanted. Like, what's the deal with that? It's super frustrating! I just wanna watch my favorite team play without all these technical problems messing things up.

Do NOT under any circumstances use this company.
I ordered a product which said it would ship in a week and it ended up arriving three weeks later.
I then opened the box to find the product had no tags attached and looked like it had been used...then realised it was actually the wrong products.
After a lengthy discussion over several emails they offered to refund me the cost of the product but not the original shipping so I am out of pocket for their mistake or $200 of the $560 I spent if I keep the product. I just want a refund OR the actual product that I paid for is that so much to ask? They also take forever to communicate with you besides telling you the appropriate department will get back to you.
This company is a joke and should be ashamed at how they conduct business.
I ended up using snowcountry.eu instead who shipped within a week, were cheaper and had excellent customer service when I asked questions.

Case of 6 Brunellos
For context, I previously order 1 case from Vinsent that went smoothly (about 2 years ago). Most recently, I've had what I would say is the absolute worst customer experience I've ever dealt with with any retailer (and I'm still living the nightmare today).
I ordered a case of Brunellos in early September that were due to arrive by the end of Sept. They said there were shipping delays related to COVID which is understandable, so I waited. Come early November, the wine finally arrived from Italy to Vinsent's Connecticut warehouse. They then proceeded to ship the case to the WRONG ADDRESS, and then lost the shipment altogether. They offered to send me a new case in early November (from their Connecticut warehouse, not Italy), and I've now been waiting a month for them to make good on their first ... up. I'm based in NYC so we're talking about a 100 mile Fedex truck delivery at most.
I would avoid this company at all costs going forward. There are a number of competing businesses out there with similar access to good European wine producers with actual customer service teams and an understanding of accountability. I've been dealing with their customer service for the past three months almost on a daily basis and I have never experienced a less helpful staff...This website forces you to give at least 1 star but if I had a choice, I'd be putting zeroes across the board.Review about: Men'S Wearhouse

I never saw these reviews and wish I had been warned. If it looks too good to be true, it usually is .... The items were delayed so long I felt it was a scam. I did not know it was a Chinese manufacturer as everything I bought this year that came from there, went back as the quality is never as portrayed or the sizes are way out. The quality here is poor, cheap materials, thin with no weight, leather jackets state reviews on their site but are PVC. not cut or designed well and items are a caricature of the ones seen on website and in adverts. Wasted £100 and cannot send back it appears according to these comments here. I ordered a XXL as my size is Large or sometimes XL. The size arrives with that label but is actually to fit a Medium. Same with other garments ordered 3 XL and appears many time larger, Other t shirt says Large and barely looks a small. Sizes mean nothing and quality is .... Avoid.
