Poor customer service experience
This store's customer service really let me down. They didn't even pick up the phone when I called about my problem, and they didn't hold up their end of the deal to give me a refund on the postage. It's obvious they don't take responsibility and don't care about making their customers happy.
Sneakers for running
I bought some running shoes from this company and paid extra for fast shipping. But my delivery was supposed to be here by now, and I still don't have my shoes. I've tried emailing and calling them a bunch of times, but they haven't even said they got my messages. It's really annoying to see all these bad reviews now that I've already bought from them. I feel like I've just thrown away my time and money on these people who can't be relied on.
Late delivery
It's been a whole month and I still haven't gotten my order from this place. They keep switching up the delivery date, and it's really getting on my nerves. I am definitely not going to use their services again, and I would advise you to steer clear of Kick Sport if you want your stuff to arrive on time.
Jordan sneakers
I ordered a pair of Jordan sneakers from this company not long ago, but I never got my shoes. I paid $200 for them, and I've tried reaching out to them through email and phone calls multiple times, but they haven't responded at all. It's really frustrating and totally unacceptable. I won't be buying from them again.
Refund issue
Can you believe this? I asked for a refund and I haven't received a single penny yet! It's been a whole month and still no sign of it. What a joke.
Gloves and Bag Chain
I ordered a pair of gloves and a bag chain on June 14th, 2021 from Kick Sport. Unfortunately, it's already August 4th and I still haven't gotten my stuff. I'm super disappointed with the terrible customer service and lack of communication from them. I've tried calling them multiple times, but no one ever picks up or bothers to call me back. Dealing with this has been so frustrating that I won't be shopping with them again. Good thing I used PayPal to pay because I'm gonna escalate this problem to them to get it sorted out.
Running shoes purchase
I bought some running shoes online from this store not too long ago and man, I gotta say, I am seriously let down. They told me it would take 4-21 business days for my shoes to get here but they never showed up. I tried contacting their customer service team through email more than once, but I didn't hear jack back from them. It's just really aggravating to fork over my cash for something and then not even get a heads up about where it's at.
Order placed in early November
I bought something in early November and was told it'd be shipped within 2-3 days. But here we are, and my order still hasn't shown up. I've tried sending messages online, but I haven't gotten any replies. It's frustrating and disappointing not hearing back. When I shop, I expect to be kept in the loop. Since I haven't heard anything, I'm thinking about opening a dispute on PayPal to get this sorted out.
Running Shoes
The running shoes I bought from this store were a letdown, to be honest. They looked like what I wanted but the quality and fit were just not there. It was pretty obvious they weren't the real deal, despite what the store said. When I tried to return them and get my money back, they gave me a hard time and only offered me a partial refund. The lack of honesty and not giving me a shipping label for returns was really annoying. All in all, it was a letdown and I wouldn't suggest it to anyone.

Man, so I got this hoodie from this website that ended up being a total scam! I paid way too much for it, and then later found out it was all fake and everything. I tried to get a refund, but nobody even responded to me! They promised to give me my money back, but it's been forever and still no sign of it. I've been contacting them constantly, but they just keep ignoring me. Ugh, what a rip-off!
