    Necklace arrived broken

    I got a necklace from my mom for my birthday, but when it showed up, it was broken. I was pretty bummed about it, but this guy Tom over in customer service really came through. He put in a ton of effort to figure out what to do, and I'm so thankful for all his hard work. They got it fixed up fast, and I'm really thankful for that.

    Customized bag purchase

    My experience with this company has been a total nightmare. I ordered a customized bag and right from the start, things were a mess. The email confirming my order didn't even mention my customization, so I had no idea if they got it right. Then, to make it worse, I got the wrong bag just 9 hours later, and the customization was all wrong too. When I contacted customer service and sent the pictures they asked for, I heard nothing back for 9 days, even though they said they'd get back to me in 2-4 days. Dealing with the customer service reps was a total pain, they were so unhelpful online and on the phone until I insisted on speaking to a supervisor. Even the live chat on their site was useless, it kicked me out after just 5 minutes of waiting for a response. The whole process was super slow, from processing to getting a refund, and they blamed it on being short-staffed. It's been a week since I sent back the wrong bag, but I still haven't gotten my money back.

    I have to tell you, my experience with MUDWTR was not that great. The product itself was okay, but I was bummed to see some sludge at the bottom of my cup after drinking it. And adding to that, I got a second container that I didn't even remember signing up for. It's annoying to feel like I got tricked into getting more stuff than I wanted. On top of that, dealing with the return policy is a pain. I don't have a printer right now, so how am I supposed to print out a return label? The whole situation just feels sketchy and inconvenient. In the end, I won't be buying from this company again.

    I really like this store because they have the coolest bags and boxes, and the things they sell are top-notch. The Konstantino items I bought are definitely worth every penny. The only issue was that my gift had the payment info on it, even though I made sure to use different billing and shipping addresses. It was pretty embarrassing! So I'll give them 4 stars instead of 5.
