Short-fused support, product's OK
Already on the second call the rep shut down my return request — dry and blunt. Item works fine, but service felt dismissive; seen better elsewhere.
Early grab, big relief
I saw the drop on their Instagram and texted a buddy to keep an eye. I called on a whim and they let me pull the knife before the official time, plus upgraded me to free express shipping because I was giddy. The second they confirmed it I felt weirdly satisfied, small win.
Not worth the hassle
Don't recommend — I ended up doing a chargeback. A friend had sent me the link and the knife looked fine online, but UK customs refused the parcel and it was sent back. Months later no refund, no replies to emails. Annoying, not totally hopeless though.

Still glad I carry it
