I bought a knife from this company and it turned out to be defective. When I tried to talk to customer service about returning it, I was met with unhelpful resistance. The guy I talked to, Josh, was really rude and didn't handle my concerns well at all. They wouldn't take the knife back and didn't offer a good solution. I'm really disappointed in their lack of support and how they wouldn't stick to their return policy.
Fast delivery, excellent communication
I was really impressed by this company because they delivered my order super fast and kept me updated the whole time via email.
