French product purchase
I found this online store when I was looking for a particular French product, and I was really impressed by all the options they had. The prices were good, and the shipping fees were reasonable. They shipped my order fast, and I got it in just 10 days. But when the package showed up, the box was wet and falling apart. I contacted the store about it, but their response wasn't very helpful, which left me feeling let down because they didn't seem to care about making customers happy.
Vitamins and supplements
Hey Pharmashop, I need to talk to you about something that's been bothering me. I don't like being pressured to leave a review. If I want to just give you a good rating and move on, why do I have to justify it? It feels like you're making it hard for customers to give feedback. Well, guess what? I'm not going to keep quiet about it. I got my vitamins and supplements, and they were fine, but this whole review ordeal is rubbing me the wrong way.
Efficient service, long delivery time, helpful customer care
My time shopping at Pharmashop was pretty good. The ordering part went smoothly, and I found what I needed easily. But man, the delivery took forever, even though I paid for the fast shipping option. It took over two weeks for my stuff to show up. On the bright side, when one of the things I ordered was missing, customer service was awesome and fixed it right away. I'm thankful for their fast help and willingness to make things right.

This place is amazing! Their website is super easy to use and I really appreciate how they send you updates on your order through email. The shipping from France to Canada is pretty quick, which is great. This is my third order from them and every time has been flawless. The prices are unbeatable and I'm completely satisfied with everything.
Original products, great packaging, repeat purchase
My time at Pharmashop was fantastic! I went there for the first time and I was really impressed with the unique products they had. International order of suncream
Ordering suncream from this website was a huge letdown. It took a whole month for the product to get to me, and nobody bothered to keep me updated on when it would arrive. I had to keep checking the website, and tracking the package through the delivery company was tricky because it was all in French. And when the suncream finally showed up, it was just regular cream! Such a frustrating and disappointing experience. I wouldn't suggest using this website for international orders.
