Customized bag purchase
My experience with this company has been a total nightmare. I ordered a customized bag and right from the start, things were a mess. The email confirming my order didn't even mention my customization, so I had no idea if they got it right. Then, to make it worse, I got the wrong bag just 9 hours later, and the customization was all wrong too. When I contacted customer service and sent the pictures they asked for, I heard nothing back for 9 days, even though they said they'd get back to me in 2-4 days. Dealing with the customer service reps was a total pain, they were so unhelpful online and on the phone until I insisted on speaking to a supervisor. Even the live chat on their site was useless, it kicked me out after just 5 minutes of waiting for a response. The whole process was super slow, from processing to getting a refund, and they blamed it on being short-staffed. It's been a week since I sent back the wrong bag, but I still haven't gotten my money back.
Personalized backpack purchase
I bought a backpack with my name "Mammogram" on it from this company, but when I got it, another name, "Danielle," was there by mistake. The backpack itself was good quality, but the wrong name was a letdown. I called customer service and talked to Whitney, who told me to email photos of the mix-up. I did that right away, along with my order number, asking for a new backpack with the right name. However, the email I got back said that personalized orders are final and they couldn't do a return or exchange. I was pretty bummed that they didn't try to fix their mistake.
Spinner wheel broke after 3 uses
I had a big issue with Kipling UK customer service! My large suitcase had a spinner wheel break after just a few uses. When I called customer service in the UK, I couldn't believe how little they seemed to care. They said they couldn't send me a replacement wheel because of company rules against sending out parts. Instead, they wanted me to send the whole case to Poland for a repair, which would cost me four times more than just fixing the wheel. This policy is not only a hassle but also bad for the environment. It's disappointing that Kipling UK doesn't seem to value their loyal customers or consider the impact of their decisions. I definitely won't be buying from them again, and I hope others think twice about supporting a company with such poor customer service practices.
Bag missing metal key chain
My bag from this store doesn't have the metal keychain I really wanted. I was bummed out when I noticed it was missing! Now my bag just doesn't look the same without it. I wish they offered the metal keychains for sale separately so I could get a new one to hang on my bag.
defective product
I bought something from this place not too long ago, but it turned out to be defective. When I reached out to customer service to try and get some help, they were really unprofessional and not helpful at all. The people I talked to didn't take me seriously and didn't even try to come up with a solution. Overall, I was really disappointed with the customer service I received.
5 colorful and durable bags
Oh my gosh, we just got 5 bags from Kipling and they are all amazing! I got this really cool violet sling bag, my mom got a big tote bag with a funky print, my sister got a cute pink tote bag, and my son is loving his red backpack. We love the colors, the style, and how durable these bags are! We used to buy them from a friend in the US and have them shipped all the way to the Philippines.
Handbag
I'm really upset about the service I got from this company. I ordered a handbag, paid for it without any problems, but then got an email saying my order was cancelled because of payment issues. I was so surprised because I saw the charge on my credit card already. Customer service didn't help at all, they were not sorry and didn't fix the problem. I won't be buying from this company again.
Black backpack purchase
I had such a terrible experience with this company! Their customer service skills are seriously lacking, and instead of actually fulfilling orders, they just make false accusations against customers. The backpack I bought was super low quality, made with really cheap materials. It's clear that all they care about is making money, not actually providing a decent product or service. I would definitely caution any potential buyers to steer clear of this place.

Kipling bag
Although the Kipling bag is great overall, I have to say I was disappointed by the quality of the wheels. The bag itself is strong and well-constructed, but the wheels don't quite measure up. They seem flimsy and cheap compared to the rest of the bag. The design looks like an old bike wheel with a tube, not really what you want in a wheeled bag. The outer layers of the wheels wear out fast, making it tough to roll the bag smoothly. The inner wheels are a little better, but they still make the bag noisy and hard to move around. All in all, I'd give the wheels of the Kipling bag a three out of five, tops.
Recent Rewards Program Issue

A missing item in my shipment
I'm just shocked by the terrible customer service I got from this company. I ordered something and it came without a key part. I tried emailing multiple times but got no response or solution. I even tried the live chat, but they were rude and unhelpful. It's crazy to me that a company can treat their customers like that and not own up to their mistakes.
Bought gold backpack
I got this gold backpack from this store and man, it was a huge disappointment. First of all, the website is a mess, so hard to find anything. I tried using the live chat for some help, but it always said chat was closed. When I emailed them, the person who got back to me couldn't even locate my order. And get this, I paid extra for overnight delivery but now it says it won't be here until Monday. What a rip-off! Super annoyed, definitely not going to shop here again.

The backpack I got from this place is seriously the toughest one I've ever had. I've had it for years and it's still going strong, even after all the tossing around and packing it with heavy stuff every day.
