Some content takedown stuff
I can't believe my experience when I tried to use this service for content takedowns. It feels like they're clueless! The whole process was really shady with no backup or evidence from others. How can they remove content without confirming its legitimacy first? It's just not right! I'd recommend finding a different service that plays by the rules and doesn't randomly take down stuff.

Personalized backpack purchase
I bought a backpack with my name "Mammogram" on it from this company, but when I got it, another name, "Danielle," was there by mistake. The backpack itself was good quality, but the wrong name was a letdown. I called customer service and talked to Whitney, who told me to email photos of the mix-up. I did that right away, along with my order number, asking for a new backpack with the right name. However, the email I got back said that personalized orders are final and they couldn't do a return or exchange. I was pretty bummed that they didn't try to fix their mistake.

Ever since I placed my first order with them back in February 2020, my shopping experience has been nothing but smooth and efficient. The website was super easy to use, which made it a breeze to find and choose the items I wanted. The prices were also really reasonable, so I was able to grab all my essentials without spending a ton of money. All in all, I've been really happy with my interactions with Because Market and I'll definitely be coming back for more.

Train ride experience
The train was supposed to be on time, but the conductor was nowhere to be found most of the time, and we had trouble figuring out that we needed to switch trains. The setup was so awkward, we ended up stuck next to this strange panel and couldn't even see outside. It was really frustrating.

I had a great experience with the customer service team. Madison and Haydin were super helpful and patient with me while I asked a bunch of detailed questions. They really knew their stuff and were always friendly in how they answered. They were clearly focused on finding the best solutions for my business. They even said they'd be there to help if I needed anything after buying. The whole experience was really amazing, and I think Madison and Haydin should be recognized for their outstanding service.

Overpriced, poor quality dress
I was so excited to get my hands on that new dress, but man was I let down when it finally showed up. The fabric was super thin and the stitching was already falling apart. It was nothing like how it looked in the pictures online - looked way cheaper in real life. When I tried to talk to customer service about sending it back, all I got was a bunch of excuses and no help. Can you believe I dropped so much cash on that crappy dress? Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else.

I bought some clothes from that store recently and the customer service was seriously lacking. When I went to get my package, the person on the floor totally ignored me, which was not cool. It wasn't until another employee came out from the back and asked if I needed help that I finally got some assistance. It's annoying when you just want some basic customer service and you don't get it. If you can't be friendly or at least say hi to a customer, maybe it's time to look for a new job.

Efficient shuttle service
The shuttle service was awesome - super quick and easy. The drivers were really nice and helped me out a lot. They were right on time picking me up from my car and also when I got back to the airport terminal. The lady at the checkout booth was really patient and had a great attitude, which made everything even better. All in all, it was a great experience.
