My experience with the website was pretty good. The website looks nice and is really easy to use, which made it super simple for me to find exactly what I was looking for. I've bought a bunch of stuff over the last few months and haven't run into any problems with ordering. The customer service folks were really nice and helpful whenever I needed to ask a question or get some help. The prices are fair, though sometimes I've seen similar stuff for a little cheaper on other websites. Overall, I don't have any big complaints about my experience with Sobelia, but I think they could make some improvements to the design and look of the site.

Expensive range hood
I bought a fancy range hood from this company almost four years ago, and it's been a total nightmare. Even though the initial fixes were covered by the warranty, I've had to shell out thousands for parts and repairs since then. I've had to replace things like the heat lamp button, control buttons, motherboard, LED lamps, and fan capacitor. When I asked for help recently, all I got was a lousy 10% discount on a new purchase and no real solutions. They didn't even respond when I mentioned reaching out to the CEO/Owner. Getting a new, decent hood will cost a lot, including moving the duct and redoing the wall outside. Don't bother buying this junky product, their customer service stinks when you actually need help.

Hardly we see anything which is made for farmers and manufacturer inspired by market conditions.
I am not that type of farmer who is producing grains for nation.But love farming more then professional farmers.
I found my products here for easy watering or can say irrigations support products and related to other useful small equipment can make my working easy.

Solar pool cover
I ordered a solar pool cover on 5/4/20. It was supposed to be shipped in 5-10business days. I contacted customer service and was told it is 10- 18 business days. It has nowbeen 27 business days and the cover still has not shipped. Customer service would respond right away and now they do not respond at all. Do not purchase here delivery is aweful and customer service is even worse. Spend a few dollars more and go to a reputable pool supply company. Never again with this company, I will do without before I purchase from here again.

Vegan cheese kit
Order placed on 4/18 for delivery on 4/28. Never received product and cannot get anyone to help. Only phone number on their order is for 1-800-flowers and no one has a phone for Goodsey. E-mailed company 3 times with no response. Worst customer service ever. Next step is to call my credit card company for a refund.
