Dress purchase
I recently bought a dress from this store and it turned out to be a huge mistake. To start, the dress looked nothing like the picture they had online. It was made of really cheap material and the fit was way off. When I tried to return it, they completely messed up the refund process and now they actually owe me money. I mean, seriously, how could they not keep track of which item I was returning? That's their responsibility, not mine! I definitely won't be shopping there again.
Emergency swing dance dress
My first order took so long to get here, it felt like it got lost on the way. I was annoyed. But when I contacted Customer Service, they were really quick to respond and they sent me a new dress right away with faster shipping. The new dress got here just in time for my swing dance show, and it fit perfectly. I was really impressed with how well they communicated and fixed the problem. Thanks, Retro Stage!
Multiple orders
I've bought stuff from this company a few times and most of the time I've been happy with what I got. But my last order wasn't as good as usual. The thing I got wasn't what I expected, but I called customer service and they said they would send me a new one. It took a few tries to find the right thing, but I'm grateful for their help and how they worked with me to make sure I was happy with my purchase. When the new dress came, it was just what I wanted and I was really happy with it.
Vintage dress purchase
I just bought this really cute vintage dress from an online store, but I got a little disappointed because I didn't get everything I ordered. Even with that issue, the customer service team was really nice and worked with me to solve the problem. It took about a week to get everything sorted out, but now I can't wait for my new clothes to arrive. Overall, I was happy with how the customer service handled everything.
Vintage clothing exchange
I really love vintage style clothes, but I always have trouble finding the right size because I fall in-between. I recently ordered a couple of items that didn't fit perfectly, but the customer service rep I talked to was super helpful in getting an exchange set up. Dress order
Ugh, I'm so frustrated right now! I bought this really cute dress from a store, but it's taking forever to get to me. I placed my order on March 30th and haven't heard anything since. I had to email them on April 19th just to get an update, and they finally replied on May 6th saying there was some issue with restocking. They promised to send it to me within 5-7 days, but it's been 17 days now and still no dress! I don't even know if I'll get it at this point. It's just really annoying! I can't even comment on the quality yet because who knows if I'll ever even receive it at this rate.
Clothing items
I recently bought some clothes from this store, and I was really disappointed with the sizing and quality. Out of the five items I got, only two of them fit me okay. The rest were too small, even though I ordered my usual size. The fabric felt cheap and badly made, nothing like how it looked in the pictures online. I was really excited about these clothes, but they didn't live up to what I was hoping for.
Derby dress purchase
I got this dress from here and it fits me perfectly. Usually, I wear a size 10-12 as a curvy lady, and this dress hugged me in all the right places. The material is top-notch, and there isn't a lot of give, so I suggest going a size up if you're not sure. The customer service was amazing - they even sent me an email to double-check my order and offered to speed up shipping when I needed the items quickly. The personal touch really meant a lot to me. Recently, I ordered some swimsuits in sizes L/8 and XL/10-12. I have a bigger butt and smaller boobs, so I wish they had separate sizes for tops and bottoms. In general, I highly recommend looking at their size chart, reading the description, and leaving reviews with pictures and sizes to help others decide.

The dress I bought from this website doesn't fit right, even though I checked the size chart. It's like two sizes too small. Trying to return it was a pain. I had to send it back to the USA and deal with customs, so I probably won't get a refund anytime soon. The customer service tried to offer me a 30% refund if I kept it, but that's not cool under UK consumer laws. So I reported them to the right people.
Floral dress and matching headband

They even replaced the dress with a slightly more expensive one at no extra charge since the original would have taken too long to ship due to limited stock. All in all, I was happy with both the products and the outstanding customer service I received.

I was really let down by the floral vintage dress I bought. The fabric was super cheap and felt really flimsy. On top of that, the fit was way off - it made me look like I was wearing a potato sack instead of a cute vintage dress. I definitely felt like I didn't get my money's worth with this purchase. Honestly, the dress was so bad that I couldn't even wear it. Such a waste of money.

I was kinda unsure about ordering from this site cause I saw some mixed reviews, but I'm really happy I went for it. I got a few dresses and an outfit, and they came in only 2 weeks. They looked just like they were supposed to, but I gotta send back one dress and the outfit for a bigger size. But I really like everything overall and will for sure shop here again. Misleading sizing
The clothes I bought didn't size up like the website said they would. Customer service was a letdown when I reached out for a return, they didn't even respond. It's annoying to drop your cash on clothes that don't fit only to get stuck with them because the company won't own up to it. The way they handle things and don't seem to care about satisfying customers is really disappointing and not cool. I'd suggest being careful if you're thinking about buying from this company.
Oversized dress
I actually bought something from this store not too long ago, and even though I checked the measurements on their website, the dress I got ended up being way too big. I was pretty bummed out and annoyed, but I figured I'd give their customer service a shout to see if they could fix things. Turns out, they were super helpful and got back to me right away. They ended up sending me a new dress without charging me anything extra, just had to cover the shipping costs. The new dress got here really quickly and fits perfectly. Despite the hiccup with the first dress, I gotta say, their customer service was top-notch.
Dress and accessories for party
This company was a total disaster! I bought a dress and some accessories for a party, but the accessories came late, and the dress never came at all! When I called customer service, they told me some story about the dress getting lost during shipping. But get this, the shipping info they gave me showed that the dress never even left their warehouse! How do you lose something that was never sent out? On top of that, they only gave me a partial refund without including the shipping costs. Now I'm out $27 for accessories that I can't even wear because they were supposed to go with the missing dress. What a joke!
Unreliable Sizing Chart
I recently bought some stuff from this store and man, I was really let down. The size chart they had up was way off, so the stuff I got didn't fit at all. I even paid extra for shipping to get it in time for a special event, but they sent it last minute in a bunch of different packages, which stressed me out big time. I didn't have any time to figure out how to return things because they didn't explain it well. When I tried to reach out to customer service about the whole mess, they weren't much help and took forever to get back to me. All in all, just a terrible shopping experience. I definitely wouldn't suggest this store to anybody.
Affordable, high-quality dress, excellent fit, confident purchase
I am just so amazed by the quality of the dress I got from this online store! The price was super low so I wasn't sure what to expect, but when I actually got the dress, I was totally impressed by how well it was made. The quality was top-notch and the fit was just spot on. It's not easy to find a dress that fits perfectly, especially when you're ordering online.
Black vintage dress purchase
I really liked the black vintage dress I got from Retro Stage. The design and quality were amazing, but the fit wasn't quite right on most of the stuff I bought. Still, I ended up keeping a couple of pieces that I really adored. I have to give props to Retro Stage for their awesome customer service. They were super quick to respond at every step, and their professionalism really stood out. Even though there were some return instructions to follow, it was actually pretty easy, and I was impressed by how fast they refunded me the same day I sent the items back. Overall, I'd totally recommend this website to others and would definitely think about buying from them again in the future.
