Various items including head lights, 32GB memory card
I've bought some stuff on this website and most of it's been pretty good. The headlights are bright and cheaper than other places. But some of them drain batteries even when off. And the 32GB memory card I got had some malware on it, luckily my security software caught it.

Comfortable and supportive bra
I've had such a hard time finding a bra that's comfortable and actually supports me, but I had an amazing experience at this store. The staff knew so much and really helped me find a bra that fit me perfectly. The quality of the bras here is unbeatable, and I've never felt so good and confident in a bra. I definitely suggest this store to anyone who wants lingerie that fits great and is really good quality.

Oversized dress
I actually bought something from this store not too long ago, and even though I checked the measurements on their website, the dress I got ended up being way too big. I was pretty bummed out and annoyed, but I figured I'd give their customer service a shout to see if they could fix things. Turns out, they were super helpful and got back to me right away. They ended up sending me a new dress without charging me anything extra, just had to cover the shipping costs. The new dress got here really quickly and fits perfectly. Despite the hiccup with the first dress, I gotta say, their customer service was top-notch.

Torn tights returned for six weeks, requested to sign a declaration.
I bought this pair of tights, and they ripped after I wore them just once. So, I went ahead and returned them like the company told me to. But now, it's been about six weeks since I sent them back and still no word on my return. Then out of the blue, the customer service team asked me to sign some legal document about the return. It seemed like too much to ask, considering how poorly they've been communicating and how unclear everything has been about what signing that document really means.

OBSESSED WITH MY PHONE CASE
Oh my gosh, I am seriously obsessed with my phone case! It's just so cute and stylish, and it feels really strong and protective. I've tried a lot of other cases in the past, but none of them are as good as this one from Casely. It's honestly the best! And on top of that, Casely is great because they donate with every purchase. I really love supporting companies that give back to their communities. I will definitely be getting more cases from them in the future.

Shoe purchase
My experience with those shoes I bought was just flat out disappointing. The sizes were all off, and when I wanted to send them back, I ended up having to pay for shipping back to that company in China. Getting my money back was a whole ordeal, and those shoes were just terrible quality. They were like made out of some flimsy plastic and seemed like they would fall apart any minute. It's like they churn out those items in a cheap way and sell them for way too much dough. Bottom line, those products just aren't worth the price at all.

Unauthorized reactivation
I recently had a pretty frustrating experience where my old account got reactivated without me knowing. So I logged in and saw that my subscription was active again. I talked to customer service about it, but they didn't really help me out. They basically said I had to wait to get the stuff sent to my old address and then send it back myself. That's just bad business and it really let me down. I definitely won't be buying from them again.

Skyscanner has really changed the game for me when it comes to saving money on flights. I love getting notifications from the app about any changes to my saved flights, it really helps me stay on top of things. And I'm grateful for how easily it links up with my favorite airline's app so I can keep track of my skymiles points. Plus, being able to plan multiple trips at once is a huge bonus for me.
