Review about: Spelab
Product replacement under warranty
I had a problem with something I bought from Spelab not too long ago. I was driving and the butterfly plate just fell right out after only 3 months of using it. It was supposed to be a replacement for something else that didn't work right before. But the good news is, Spelab sent me a new replacement right away, all covered by the warranty. I really appreciate their great customer service and how they back up their products. It's really impressive.

First-time booking experience with the online travel agency
I just tried out this online travel agency for the first time, and I have to admit it felt pretty similar to other booking sites I've used. One thing that really got to me was all the annoying airline fees and extra stuff you have to pay for, like picking your seats or getting insurance for your tickets. I managed to book a flight from Richmond to Charlotte and then on to Milwaukee, so we'll see how that all works out. It's obvious that airlines care more about making money than making passengers happy, but fingers crossed this agency can make things a bit smoother for me.

Dress and accessories for party
This company was a total disaster! I bought a dress and some accessories for a party, but the accessories came late, and the dress never came at all! When I called customer service, they told me some story about the dress getting lost during shipping. But get this, the shipping info they gave me showed that the dress never even left their warehouse! How do you lose something that was never sent out? On top of that, they only gave me a partial refund without including the shipping costs. Now I'm out $27 for accessories that I can't even wear because they were supposed to go with the missing dress. What a joke!

Recently purchased cycling gear
I recently bought some cycling gear from Competitive Cyclist and ran into some issues with the ordering process. At first, my order got delayed because of a credit card problem that should have been caught when I first placed the order. They emailed me to say my card got declined, and instead of contacting me directly, they ended up giving one of my items to someone else. After I called to fix things, they said the payment went through fine, but I never got a confirmation email. This caused even more problems because the item that got mistakenly given away was now out of stock. Even though they promised me next-day shipping by Tuesday, it's now Friday afternoon and I still haven't gotten a shipping confirmation.

Switching to a new carrier
I just switched to a new phone company because my old one was giving me too many issues with their service and customer support. When I first signed up, they said I could make calls over wifi wherever there was wifi, which was important for my job. But it turns out that wasn't true, so I had to find a different option. After looking into it, I found a carrier with better coverage and support that would work better for me.

Order with hidden fees
This service is such a scam! I thought I wouldn't have to pay a delivery fee like they said, but turns out they tacked on an extra 20% and called it "taxes and fees." Wish they would've been up front about that before I ordered, instead of surprising me with it. I'm not using this service again and I hope others don't get tricked by them either.

My experience with this product has honestly been life-changing. It's helped me perform better in the bedroom and feel way more confident in myself. The training program that comes with it is top-notch and I've already started seeing some real improvements. Plus, the remote assistance center has been super helpful whenever I've had questions or needed support.

Faux fur coat disappointment
I can't believe how terrible this faux fur coat is that I got from this company. It looks nothing like what they showed on their site - like, not even close. The material is so cheap and nothing close to faux fur. It's not even good enough for my dog to sleep on! And then, when I complained to customer service, they just brushed me off and asked for pictures. Like seriously, do they think I have time to prove their scam? Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this company.
