    EGR delete kit for my truck

    I just got a new EGR delete kit for my truck and I'm excited to install it. The kit looks really well-made and it even came with instructions and videos to help with the installation. I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly it was delivered, I didn't have to wait long at all. I did have some questions about how to install it, so I contacted customer service. They responded quickly and were really helpful in answering all of my questions. Overall, I had a fantastic shopping experience at this store and I would absolutely recommend it to all of my friends.

    Remote valves for 5.0 coyote mustang

    I got these really awesome remote valves for my car and oh my goodness, they are seriously the best thing ever! I put them in all by myself and now my car sounds absolutely amazing. Not to mention, my neighbors are thrilled because I can come home late without waking them up with my noisy car. I did have a little trouble with the motors at first, but the tech support folks at the store were super helpful and got me sorted out. Seriously, if you want to give your car a fantastic sound without bothering anyone, definitely look into getting these remote valves!

    Missing item in order

    My recent purchase was missing something when it showed up, which was a bummer. But I reached out to customer service right away and they promised to send me the missing item quickly. I wish I could have talked to someone on the phone instead of just emailing, but I tried to chat about it. Unfortunately, the person I chatted with started calling me names, which was not cool. After a few back-and-forths, they figured out that I was in the wrong department, ugh. In the end, they fixed the problem, but the way they communicated at first was pretty bad.

Putting it in was a breeze and it worked even better than I expected. But then, I had a little hiccup - my package got messed up during delivery and I lost some stuff.     Incorrect size car part

    I bought a car part from this company not too long ago, but it turns out I got the wrong size. Found that out when the muffler shop let me know. I shot them an email, and they got back to me super quick with really clear steps on what to do next. Sent back the wrong part on March 21st through FedEx like they told me to do. They even gave me a tracking number for the new one they're sending. I'll let you know how it all turns out once I get the right part.

    Product replacement under warranty

    I had a problem with something I bought from Spelab not too long ago. I was driving and the butterfly plate just fell right out after only 3 months of using it. It was supposed to be a replacement for something else that didn't work right before. But the good news is, Spelab sent me a new replacement right away, all covered by the warranty. I really appreciate their great customer service and how they back up their products. It's really impressive.

    My PCM and tuner purchase

    My PCM and tuner totally crashed on me, so I couldn't work as a contractor. I did a bunch of research online and found this company that had what I needed. I wanted to order a specific product, but it was out of stock. I reached out to customer service and explained my situation, and they were super awesome. They ended up sending me a better version of the tuner for no extra charge. I was really thankful for their help and support during a tough time.

    I've been getting their custom cutouts for events for about a year, and people always ask me about them. The quality is really great, and they make me really stand out at events.     The gene editing kit I bought came pretty quick and I was pretty happy with the quality. But, I did have a little hiccup - one of the boxes was messed up and missing some stuff.     My parts have not shipped, I paid for express shipping, parts per their expectation were to be received in 2 to 7 business days. My parts have not even been picked or packaged it has been more than 7 days. When questioned they sent me a dead tracking number and the words "Best wishes" No update for the parts. I reached out again they refunded the express up charge with the words "Best wishes". Still no updates on parts. Now, I have no parts, they have been paid, and they don't care to update me or let me know what's happening. As it stands I have to place a another order for parts with another company to actually get my parts. This entire interaction feels like a bad ebay scam at best. They definitely know how to make you feel robbed deceived and lied too.

    LED light bar purchase

    The LED light bar I bought from this company was just what I wanted. The packaging was really good, so the product came in perfect condition. I was surprised at how nice the light bar was and how simple it was to put in. It all fit together well and I didn't have any problems. I'd definitely suggest this company to anyone looking for a good LED light bar.
