Review about: Life's Butter
Skin care product purchase
I used this skin care product for like 8 or 9 months, all while keeping up with my workouts and eating healthy. What attracted me to it at first was the nice smell and how it made my skin super soft and hydrated. But even after using it regularly for a while, I didn't really see much of a change in my cellulite. I mean, it did a great job keeping my skin moisturized and all, but I was kinda bummed it didn't do much for the cellulite.

The website is super easy to use, I always get my stuff right on time, and the quality is seriously awesome. I've been shopping here since 2004 and they've never let me down. I order from them multiple times a year and I'm always happy with what I get.

Missing item in order
My recent purchase was missing something when it showed up, which was a bummer. But I reached out to customer service right away and they promised to send me the missing item quickly. I wish I could have talked to someone on the phone instead of just emailing, but I tried to chat about it. Unfortunately, the person I chatted with started calling me names, which was not cool. After a few back-and-forths, they figured out that I was in the wrong department, ugh. In the end, they fixed the problem, but the way they communicated at first was pretty bad.

Efficient and timely delivery
I was so happy when my order arrived way ahead of schedule! I was thinking it wouldn't get here until after Christmas, but it came early. The person who delivered it was really nice and friendly, which made the whole experience even better. It was such a treat to get such great service, especially talking to a real person when I placed my order. Nowadays, everything's so automated, so it was nice to have that personal touch. Thanks for the awesome and dependable service!

Smooth ride, friendly busdrivers, okay seats, wifi password
Man, that bus ride was actually not bad at all. Everything went smoothly, the drivers were cool, and the seats were alright. But one thing that really got on my nerves was the whole wifi situation. Like, seriously, in this day and age, you’d think getting the password would be a no-brainer for new passengers. Not having that info made it a struggle to stay connected while on the road. It would’ve been great if they had told us about the password before we even got on the bus.

Shoes too small
I got these awesome shoes, but man, they were super tiny! So I tried to return them, but it was a total nightmare. I had to shell out a ton of cash just to ship them back, and then they wouldn't even take them! How the heck am I supposed to get my money back if they don't want them back? It feels like they’re trying to keep both my money and my too-small shoes forever. That's so not cool! I'm definitely not giving them any more business after this, so annoying!
