Self-driving technology purchase
I was really let down by the self-driving technology I got from this company. It just didn't live up to what I was hoping for and there were a bunch of problems with it that made it hard to use. I was annoyed at how little help I got from customer support in trying to fix everything. On top of that, setting it up was way more complicated than I thought it would be, and it didn't work smoothly with my car's system like I thought it would.

Overpriced disappointment
The reviews for this place are all over the place - either 5 stars or 1 star, there's no in-between. I unfortunately experienced the negative end of the spectrum and now understand why it's called 'The Rake'. The prices here are insanely high, and the quality doesn't justify it. It feels like they're just trying to squeeze out as much money as they can while deceiving customers. And to top it off, there's no way to get a refund once you realize you've been scammed.

Authentic and affordable eyeglasses
I just bought a pair of glasses from FramesDirect, and I have to say, I am really impressed with how good they are. They looked just like they did on the website, and the price was unbeatable. Bus travel experience
My recent bus trip was pretty good overall. It was easy to book my ticket, and I liked how I could handle my luggage with no problems. The bus from Zagreb to Split was crowded, but my seats were saved and I could get in quick with a Q-code. The driver was professional, drove well, and gave info in Croatian and English. I could even charge my phone onboard, which was nice. But the bus seats were small and not comfy. There was no curtain for privacy, and the armrest and nets for holding items were all broken, which was a bummer.

The website is super easy to use, I always get my stuff right on time, and the quality is seriously awesome. I've been shopping here since 2004 and they've never let me down. I order from them multiple times a year and I'm always happy with what I get.

Missing item in order
My recent purchase was missing something when it showed up, which was a bummer. But I reached out to customer service right away and they promised to send me the missing item quickly. I wish I could have talked to someone on the phone instead of just emailing, but I tried to chat about it. Unfortunately, the person I chatted with started calling me names, which was not cool. After a few back-and-forths, they figured out that I was in the wrong department, ugh. In the end, they fixed the problem, but the way they communicated at first was pretty bad.

Booking issues
I made a reservation on this website and they didn't even give us important information or reimburse us for our transportation. It's really confusing and shady! Plus, I found out they have an F rating from the Better Business Bureau. Can you believe that?

Smooth ride, friendly busdrivers, okay seats, wifi password
Man, that bus ride was actually not bad at all. Everything went smoothly, the drivers were cool, and the seats were alright. But one thing that really got on my nerves was the whole wifi situation. Like, seriously, in this day and age, you’d think getting the password would be a no-brainer for new passengers. Not having that info made it a struggle to stay connected while on the road. It would’ve been great if they had told us about the password before we even got on the bus.
