I gotta say, that intercooler tube kit I got for my 2018 truck? It totally blew me away. The pipes and silicone boots are top-notch, and they fit like a glove. It was definitely worth the money because now my truck builds boost quicker and accelerates off the line way better. I'm super happy with my purchase and I'll definitely be shopping at Spelab again.
EGR delete kit for my truck
I just got a new EGR delete kit for my truck and I'm excited to install it. The kit looks really well-made and it even came with instructions and videos to help with the installation. I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly it was delivered, I didn't have to wait long at all. I did have some questions about how to install it, so I contacted customer service. They responded quickly and were really helpful in answering all of my questions. Overall, I had a fantastic shopping experience at this store and I would absolutely recommend it to all of my friends.
Exhaust kit purchase
I bought a better exhaust kit online recently, but I had a really bad experience with the company. The delivery got delayed, and when I finally got my order, the tuner was missing. I emailed them, and they said the tuner wouldn't be available for another two months, which was not cool with me. So, I asked to return the stuff. They offered me $100 refund and asked me to take pictures of the items after opening the boxes, which I did. However, when I tried to return the opened packages to FedEx, they wouldn't take them because the boxes were already open. It was all so frustrating and a waste of time. I had to dispute the charges with my bank and might even consider legal action if needed.
Outdoor cutout, durable, reliable
I've had the outdoor cutout for more than a year and it held up really well against the crazy winter weather in Chicago, including snow and salt. It's been working great without any problems. And on top of that, the customer service from the company has been amazing, definitely gets an A+ in my book.
Quality parts and excellent customer service
SPE is really great at giving quality parts and amazing customer service. I've been super impressed by how knowledgeable and skilled their staff is. Every part I've bought from them has been top-notch and worked perfectly for what I needed. Plus, they always deliver my orders on time, which is a nice bonus that makes my whole experience even better. Honestly, SPE is my first choice for parts, and I totally recommend them to anyone looking for quality products and awesome customer service.
Intake Horn
I just ordered an Intake Horn from this place and I have to say, I was really impressed with the whole experience. The ordering process was super easy, and the item arrived quickly and in perfect condition. The pricing was really competitive, especially considering the quality of the product. I ended up recommending it to a few friends because it was such a great deal. As for the customer service, I had a couple of questions and each time I reached out, I got a response within a day, even on a weekend! Overall, I'm really happy with my purchase and will definitely be getting more parts from this store in the future.
Exhaust parts
My parts have not shipped, I paid for express shipping, parts per their expectation were to be received in 2 to 7 business days. My parts have not even been picked or packaged it has been more than 7 days. When questioned they sent me a dead tracking number and the words "Best wishes" No update for the parts. I reached out again they refunded the express up charge with the words "Best wishes". Still no updates on parts. Now, I have no parts, they have been paid, and they don't care to update me or let me know what's happening. As it stands I have to place a another order for parts with another company to actually get my parts. This entire interaction feels like a bad ebay scam at best. They definitely know how to make you feel robbed deceived and lied too.
Remote valves for 5.0 coyote mustang
I got these really awesome remote valves for my car and oh my goodness, they are seriously the best thing ever! I put them in all by myself and now my car sounds absolutely amazing. Not to mention, my neighbors are thrilled because I can come home late without waking them up with my noisy car. I did have a little trouble with the motors at first, but the tech support folks at the store were super helpful and got me sorted out. Seriously, if you want to give your car a fantastic sound without bothering anyone, definitely look into getting these remote valves!
LED light bar purchase
The LED light bar I bought from this company was just what I wanted. The packaging was really good, so the product came in perfect condition. I was surprised at how nice the light bar was and how simple it was to put in. It all fit together well and I didn't have any problems. I'd definitely suggest this company to anyone looking for a good LED light bar.
