Monthly subscription damaged package
I've been ordering this powder online for like a year now, and when the box finally arrived, it was all busted up and half empty. Can you believe that? On top of that, the powder inside looked all gross and weird. I tried calling customer service, but they just kept me on hold forever. It was so irritating!

I just bought some stuff from this company and I gotta say, I was pretty happy with what I got. The stuff was top-notch quality and they had a nice selection to choose from. But I gotta be real, the prices were a little steep for my taste, so I couldn't give them a perfect 5-star rating. One thing that really stood out to me was the option to pay for my order in 4 installments with Viabill. It made it way easier on my wallet in the end.

I bought Thea Crossbody in brown like a year ago and I really loved it. It was the perfect bag for me to use on the go with its nice weight and good compartments. But after a while, the leather on the back started getting thin and you could see the layer underneath. I decided to contact customer service, not thinking much would come of it, but they got back to me within a day. They asked for some pictures and then offered to replace it for free with a few different options. They weren't messing around - a brand new Thea bag showed up today. Their customer service and commitment to making customers happy really impressed me. I totally recommend this product.

The company's return service is terrible compared to other stores. I recently returned some shoes that didn't fit, and had to pay for the return. But then, even though I had proof of the return, they claimed they never got the item back at the warehouse.

Food line disappointment
The old food line was awesome, but then the new CEO came in and messed everything up by getting rid of it! I used to buy all kinds of yummy stuff there. The new items are alright, but they don't compare. Those measuring cups they have now are so cheaply made, the handles keep breaking. I still purchase a few things, but not nearly as much as I used to. Ugh, it's disappointing.

I just went to Total Wine and I was pretty bummed to see that they're making everyone wear masks, even though it's not a law in the area where the store is located. I think people should be able to decide for themselves if they want to wear a mask or not, especially when they're just trying to buy some wine. I get that businesses can set their own rules, but it seems like Total Wine is going a bit too far by requiring masks in Collier County, FL where there's no official mandate.

Dish rack purchase
I bought a dish rack from you guys not too long ago, but it turned out to be way too large for where I wanted to put it. I tried to get in touch with someone from customer service to start the return process, but I just couldn't get through to a real person. After a lot of back and forth with the automated service, FedEx finally came to pick up the item. Even though I sent it back, I still haven't gotten my refund. It's been super frustrating trying to get any kind of response, even from the automated system. I'd be careful about recommending this service to anyone in the future.

I just bought 6 pairs of glasses, all with a 2.0 magnification. Most of them were good, but the taupe frames had messed up lenses. I tried calling customer service a bunch of times and kept getting disconnected before talking to a real person. Finally, when I emailed them, I had to go back and forth with a rep who didn't seem to get what I was saying. They said they'd replace the glasses, but the new pair had the same problem. The lack of quality control and bad customer service has really ticked me off.
