I saw this on my friend Sara at brunch and then immediately ordered it — don’t ask, peer pressure works. It’s tiny but somehow holds everything I actually need. The glasses slots are the real MVP for me — I carry prescription and sunglasses and they nest there without turning the bag into a black hole. The front wallet pocket is genius too; I can fish my debit card out while the bag’s still on, slip it back, zip, done. Things aren’t perfect — the zipper can be a bit stiff and the strap runs short on a bulky jacket day — but honestly, I haven’t reached for another bag in months.

Pretty bag
I found this super cute bag at the store and it came in a really nice box. The quality was great, just like the review mentioned. Unfortunately, it turned out to be too small for all my stuff! I decided to shoot the company an email and they were really cool about it. They said I could just keep it and pick a different size for free. No problems at all, they were really nice. Well designed bag, smelly brass hardware
I really like the bag I bought because it's super organized, but I have a big problem with the brass hardware - it smells really bad. I've tried spraying it with Febreze and airing it out, but the stench won't go away. Also, I'm worried about the strap because it feels flimsy and not secure, especially when the bag is full.

Stylish purse with functional pockets

Black leather tote bag
This company really pulled a fast one on me. I waited forever to get my black leather tote bag, and when it finally arrived, it was not good quality at all. It looked like a cheap knock-off compared to what they showed on their website. When I gave them a bad review, they tried to say I bought it somewhere else. Can you believe that? Then they tried to bribe me to keep the crappy bag or deal with the hassle of returning it for a different one. Watch out for this company, for sure!

Thea Crossbody in brown
I bought Thea Crossbody in brown like a year ago and I really loved it. It was the perfect bag for me to use on the go with its nice weight and good compartments. But after a while, the leather on the back started getting thin and you could see the layer underneath. I decided to contact customer service, not thinking much would come of it, but they got back to me within a day. They asked for some pictures and then offered to replace it for free with a few different options. They weren't messing around - a brand new Thea bag showed up today. Their customer service and commitment to making customers happy really impressed me. I totally recommend this product.
Small crossbody organizer purse
I recently got this cute little crossbody organizer purse and I am loving how practical, perfect in size, and beautiful in color it is. However, after about half a year of regular use, I've started noticing that the material, which might be leather, is starting to lose its vibrancy and getting scratched and scuffed up way too easily. I really do take good care of my purse, always stashing it inside another leather bag when I'm at work and making sure it's safe while I'm out and about. I think the material might not have been treated right, which is why it's fading so fast. So now I'm on the hunt for an oil or leather conditioner that can bring back its shine and protect it from more wear and tear.
