Food selection disappointment
Like a lot of people, I was pretty bummed out when Brandless suddenly stopped selling food. It seemed like they were trying to make a name for themselves as a healthy food spot, and then they just took it all away. I really liked being able to grab some quick and good quality food from them, but now I have to find somewhere else to go. I checked out Public Goods as an option, and while they have some eco-friendly stuff, they don't quite measure up to what Brandless had. It's a real letdown when a company goes back on their word and leaves us customers hanging. Brandless, if you're listening, please bring back the food selection that so many of us depended on.
Food products no longer available
I'm really bummed about the store's choice to stop selling food online. What made them special was their cheap, top-notch food selection. But now, I'm starting to wonder if it's still worth shopping here when there are other places with similar stuff for cheaper. It's a real letdown that they switched things up so suddenly.

I used to be a loyal customer of Brandless when they first started out. I was drawn in by their promise of affordable organic and natural products without the high brand name prices. But now, it feels like a letdown to see how far Brandless has strayed from their original idea. The products are now too expensive and don't offer the same value they once did. It's sad to see them change into just another fancy online store for rich people. What happened to their mission of giving everyone access to high-quality products at fair prices? I really miss the old Brandless that actually lived up to its name.
Everyday essentials for me and my furry friends
Brandless is great for getting everything I need every day, like snacks, cleaning supplies, and even stuff for my pets. The only problem is the shipping costs - they're way too high! It doesn't make sense that they charge so much, especially when they talk about using recycled boxes. I mean, how expensive can it be to ship things in reused packaging?
Household essentials
I recently bought some household stuff from this company and had a bad time with the delivery. Even though they said my package was dropped off, I found it all wet on the sidewalk outside my place. It was a bummer to see that they just left it out in the rain, when a few extra steps could have kept it dry. Trying to get help from UPS or USPS was a headache since the local post office didn't pick up the phone and the 800-number was no help at all. Dealing with the mess-up by UPS and USPS, along with the slow response from Brandless, was really frustrating. The only way to contact customer service was through email, and each reply took a long 24 hours. This delay just made things even more annoying and tough to sort out.
Previous customer of a closed online store
I used to shop at this online store that I really liked, but they shut down out of the blue. I had been buying all my healthy snacks and food from them for a while and was pretty happy with it. It was a bummer to find out they closed without telling us customers beforehand. It would have been nice if they gave us a heads up so we could prepare. Now, I gotta find a new online store that sells the same stuff for fair prices.
Cooking utensils purchase
I just bought this set of cooking tools online and they got here really quickly, which was awesome. But when I started using them, I noticed that the wood finish was coming off pretty fast, even though I was being careful to hand wash them. It's kind of worrying because I'm afraid they might start warping soon. For the time being, they're still doing the job fine, but I was hoping for a higher quality product from Brandless.
Food line disappointment
The old food line was awesome, but then the new CEO came in and messed everything up by getting rid of it! I used to buy all kinds of yummy stuff there. The new items are alright, but they don't compare. Those measuring cups they have now are so cheaply made, the handles keep breaking. I still purchase a few things, but not nearly as much as I used to. Ugh, it's disappointing.

Oh my gosh, guess what I found out recently? I checked out Brandless for some snacks and cooking ingredients, and I couldn't believe it! They completely revamped everything! I used to adore buying snacks from there since they were healthy and low-cost, but now it's like they did a complete turnaround and became all fancy and pricey. Not cool at all, Brandless! I just wanted my budget-friendly snacks, and now they're nowhere to be found. Such a bummer! ?
Food items unavailable without notice
I'm really disappointed with how Brandless took down food items from the website without letting us know first. I've been a loyal customer and always loved their food selection, so I was shocked to see them gone all of a sudden. It makes me wonder if Brandless can really be trusted, and now I'm not sure if I want to keep shopping with them. Who's to say more items won't just disappear without a heads up next time?
Tea Tree Facial Wipes
I just checked out the website and saw that a lot of the products I loved, like the Tea Tree Facial Wipes, are no longer available. Instead, they've got fancy face toner that costs way more. Turns out, the new CEO is moving away from the $3 stuff, which is a bummer. I've been shopping here since 2017, so it's kind of sad to see things changing.
Gluten-free food and boxed soups purchase
Shopping for gluten-free food and boxed soups on the website was such a breeze. The gluten-free items were so tasty, and the boxed soups were absolutely delicious. I was bummed out to find out that those items are no longer up for grabs on the platform. It would've been nice to get a heads-up before they disappeared, so customers could've stocked up. Really enjoyed the products overall, but definitely a bit disappointed by the whole discontinuation thing.
Stainless steel pans, Acacia spoons, quality, affordable.
I was seriously impressed with the stainless steel pans and Acacia spoons I got from Brandless. They're just as good as those high-end brands like All-Clad but way cheaper. I made sunny side up eggs in the pans and they slid right out with no problem. The Acacia spoons are a great deal at full price, and even better when they're on sale. Trust me, once you give Brandless products a shot, you won't be able to get enough.
Razors For Body lubrication strips
I bought the Razors For Body with lubrication strips from this company, wanting a vegan shave option. But when I asked them about the ingredients being vegan, they didn't bother to check with their suppliers. This lack of transparency and refusal to give me basic info made me doubt their honesty. I tried reaching out to them to sort things out, but they chose to ignore my emails. That's just not cool or professional. It's shady and not okay. I won't be buying from Brandless anymore.
Everyday household essentials
I used to really enjoy shopping on this website for all the things I need around the house. The prices were great and the stuff was surprisingly nice. But things took a turn for the worse when the company switched owners. Now, I'm really disappointed with where they're headed. The prices went up a lot, so now I can't afford the things I used to buy. They also got rid of some awesome food options and are all about that CBD craze, which isn't my thing. It seems like they're just trying to make a quick buck, not caring about us customers who've been with them for a while.
