Household essentials
I recently bought some household stuff from this company and had a bad time with the delivery. Even though they said my package was dropped off, I found it all wet on the sidewalk outside my place. It was a bummer to see that they just left it out in the rain, when a few extra steps could have kept it dry. Trying to get help from UPS or USPS was a headache since the local post office didn't pick up the phone and the 800-number was no help at all. Dealing with the mess-up by UPS and USPS, along with the slow response from Brandless, was really frustrating. The only way to contact customer service was through email, and each reply took a long 24 hours. This delay just made things even more annoying and tough to sort out.

Easy bookings and access
Our experience with the bookings went really well. We could see all the sites we wanted to with no problems. It's definitely worth it to use this pass, especially if you're trying to do NYC on a budget. I'd definitely suggest getting this pass if you're planning a trip to the Big Apple.
