Fence charger
I recently bought a fence charger from State Line Tack and it was a total bummer. The thing was busted before I even took it out of the box, which really let me down. When I tried to get help from customer service, it was a huge waste of time trying to get it sorted out. And to top it off, they wouldn't even help me file a claim with UPS, telling me to go bug the manufacturer, Parmak, instead. But even Parmak wasn't much help. They said they'd check out the product if I paid for shipping. It was really frustrating and ended up costing me extra money. I decided to take my business elsewhere and had a way better experience with Valley Supply. All in all, I was super disappointed with the product quality, customer service, and lack of support from both the company and the manufacturer.

Razors For Body lubrication strips
I bought the Razors For Body with lubrication strips from this company, wanting a vegan shave option. But when I asked them about the ingredients being vegan, they didn't bother to check with their suppliers. This lack of transparency and refusal to give me basic info made me doubt their honesty. I tried reaching out to them to sort things out, but they chose to ignore my emails. That's just not cool or professional. It's shady and not okay. I won't be buying from Brandless anymore.

Bugs, gross room
We found this room online and booked it for 8 nights, but man, when we showed up, it was a disaster. Bugs everywhere - insects, cockroaches, even bed bugs. We let the staff know, but they didn't lift a finger to assist us. The room was filthy, stinky like mold, and just plain nasty. We couldn't tough it out for more than 2 days, it was that bad.

Enzyme treatment product for knee pain
So, I tried using this enzyme stuff for my achy knees and it was totally useless! I followed the instructions on the bottle and even took the highest dose, but it didn't help at all. And when I tried to stop the automatic deliveries, they tried to say I wasn't taking enough. Seriously, how rude! I wouldn't suggest spending your money on this product, it's a total waste.

Makeup purchase
I bought some makeup recently and let me tell you, the customer service at the store was amazing! The staff was so helpful, knew their stuff, and really made sure I had a fantastic shopping trip. They were super professional and really cared about making sure I was happy. And the makeup they had was top-notch and didn't break the bank. I felt like I got a great deal for what I paid.
