Weight loss and cellulite reduction supplement
I bought this weight loss and cellulite reduction supplement thinking it would work wonders, but boy was I wrong. It didn't live up to all the hype and I couldn't even get my money back because of some confusing return policy. Turns out, the 60-day return period starts from when you place the order, not when it actually gets to you. That threw me for a loop! Bottom line, I wouldn't suggest this product since it didn't do what it promised for me.

Electric Bike Malfunction
I had a problem with my electric bike recently. It was working great for 14 months and 301 miles, and then out of nowhere the motor stopped working. The electronics are fine, though. I tried to troubleshoot following the support team's advice, but it didn't fix the issue. They recommended replacing the controller, but they're out of stock. It's frustrating to have a $2000 bike that's not working, and now I'm not sure I want to buy another one in the future.

Recent plant purchases
I just bought a bunch of plants and let me tell you, the whole process was amazing. They had a ton of different plants to choose from, and the help I got from the plant care team was so helpful. I also started using their app, Vera, and it's been great for keeping my plants healthy. The prices might be a bit high, but the quality makes it worth it. And the customer service was top-notch. Overall, I had a fantastic experience.

Black Ops 3 Chronical Edition
I snagged the Black Ops 3 Chronical Edition for a killer deal, and even though it took a bit longer to arrive than I thought, I'm pretty happy with my purchase. Paying for it was a breeze, thankfully. I'm totally into the game and have been having a blast playing since I got my key. The customer service folks were awesome, keeping me in the loop with my order and answering all my questions. I'd definitely think about shopping with them again down the line.
