    Recent disappointing purchases

    Unfortunately, I've been pretty disappointed with this company lately. I have bought stuff from them before, but lately the plants haven't been as good. The last few orders I got were messed up during shipping, so they arrived damaged. One of them had droopy stems which was a bummer. They offered me a $15 discount code, but it was such a pain to use that it wasn't worth it. Also, the pots they came with were cheap plastic, not like the nice ones I've gotten from other places like TheSill. If the plants aren't doing well, then what's the point of buying them from Bloomscape? I'd suggest checking out local plant stores instead for a better experience.

    Expensive Mother’s Day expedited shipping

    I spent $15 on expedited shipping for Mother’s Day, but it got here a day late on Monday. The plant was ruined. I’ve reached out to them several times through their online form, email, and Facebook messages, but I haven’t heard back in the past 2 days. It's been a really disappointing experience!

    Bird of paradise plant arrived damaged

    My bird of paradise plant came with a messed up leaf, but Francesca from customer service got in touch and fixed the problem right away. I've bought lots of plants from different online stores, like Bloomscape, and I gotta tell ya, Bloomscape always goes above and beyond. Their plants show up bigger, greener, and healthier than any other company I've tried. Their customer service is top-notch and I would definitely suggest them for all your plant needs.

    I just bought some indoor plants from a really good online store. The ordering was easy and they kept me posted on any possible delays or shipping problems. The customer service person, Brooke, was super helpful with any questions I had. My package came on time and they made sure the plants were safe in the packaging.     I've been a plant lover for a long time, but I was really disappointed with my most recent purchase from this company. I've usually had good luck with their plants, but it seems like they've switched suppliers to Costa Farms, and the quality has gone down. The Money Tree I got was sickly, root-bound, and full of mites. I tried contacting the company for help, but they didn't respond, so I had to deal with it on my own. I paid good money for a healthy plant, but this time I didn't get what I expected.

    I bought a plant from this company not too long ago, and it wasn't a great experience. The plant they sent was smaller than I thought it would be, and it looked like it was barely alive. I contacted customer service about it, and all they offered me was store credit. I wasn't too happy about it, but I decided to give them another shot and ordered some different plants. The new ones looked better when they arrived, but I was still worried about the first plant. After a couple of weeks, I saw that it was full of worms, which was gross and really disappointing.

    I was really disappointed with the plants I ordered for delivery. When they arrived, they were all upside down, making a huge mess with soil everywhere. On top of that, some of the plants looked like they were barely hanging on, almost half dead. To make things even worse, I saw flies or mites on them. I definitely didn't expect this kind of poor quality from a plant delivery service. The customer service was just as bad, not really helpful at all in dealing with the problems. I would advise against using this service and suggest going to a local garden center instead.

    Mother's Day Plants

    I had a terrible experience buying Mother's Day plants from this place. I ordered two plants for my mom and grandma, and when they arrived, they were both sad and looking pretty gross. They died really fast, and when I reached out for help, the customer service just offered store credit without even apologizing. Seriously, what's the deal with that? Plus, the plants were already pricey, so why would I want to buy more? If you're into sending dead plants to your loved ones, then by all means, go for it.

    Gift plant disappointment

    I just bought a plant as a gift and I was really let down with how small the plant was when my friend got it. The website showed a much bigger plant than what was actually delivered, so it felt like they were misleading in their pictures. When I tried to talk to customer service about it, I could only chat through text, which was frustrating and felt really impersonal. Even though I expressed my concerns, they just said the smaller plant was fine, which made me feel like they weren't really listening to me. Plus, the pricing was tricky with added costs like tax, shipping, and handling fees that I didn't expect. I definitely won't be buying anything else from this company and will support local businesses instead. Lesson learned for sure.

    Not shipped on time

    I was really let down by how long it took for them to ship my order. I paid quickly, but my order didn't even go out when they said it would. While I did like how fast customer service got back to me and tried to make things right by giving me a refund and credit for later, I still left the whole thing feeling disappointed. I know things can sometimes get delayed, but it was really annoying not to get my stuff on time. After all this, I'm kind of unsure about buying from them again in the future.

    2 awesome plants

    I got these 2 super cool plants that my parents really liked! They came wrapped up all nice and looked really good. One of them had a little issue with the delivery (not their fault), but Jessica, the lady in customer service, was so sweet and helped us out a ton. I really love this plant store, they're awesome!

    I recently picked up a bundle from this plant store and it was amazing! I got a ZZ plant, a Sansevieria, and a Hoya plant back in the spring. I absolutely love them, they're thriving! The ZZ and Hoya are even outgrowing their pots so I'm excited to upgrade them soon. These plants really brighten up my room and bring so much joy!

    Large Fiddle Leaf fig tree received

    The big Fiddle Leaf fig tree I got just started shedding leaves super fast and looked all wilted. I hit up customer service for some advice, and they came through with some really detailed instructions on how to revive my plant. And on top of that, they tossed me a coupon to make up for the stress. I gotta say, I was really impressed by how much they went out of their way to help me out. I'll definitely be shopping with them again real soon!

    Housewarming gift plants

    Large tree in a planter

    Even though the big tree I bought in a planter got messed up during delivery and wasn't looking too hot when it arrived, I gotta say, the customer service from the company was top-notch.     Hanging plants for Mother's Day

    I bought two hanging plants from this company for Mother's Day. I even paid extra for fast shipping to make sure they got there on time. But, to my disappointment, neither my mom nor my mother-in-law got the plants. I emailed their customer support team about it, but didn't hear back at first.
