Recent disappointing purchases
Unfortunately, I've been pretty disappointed with this company lately. I have bought stuff from them before, but lately the plants haven't been as good. The last few orders I got were messed up during shipping, so they arrived damaged. One of them had droopy stems which was a bummer. They offered me a $15 discount code, but it was such a pain to use that it wasn't worth it. Also, the pots they came with were cheap plastic, not like the nice ones I've gotten from other places like TheSill. If the plants aren't doing well, then what's the point of buying them from Bloomscape? I'd suggest checking out local plant stores instead for a better experience.

Water filter shipment seized
This whole situation is just not okay. I ordered a water filter but the US Postal Service intercepted it because of some postage issue. It's crazy to think that a company like Glacial Pure can't even get a shipment right. How can they promise clean drinking water when they can't even handle sending out a product correctly? I used to trust them, but not anymore. I'm definitely not buying from them again.
