Coolest invention ever
This bed fan is seriously incredible! It's like having a little whirlwind of comfort right in my bed. I'm amazed at how much it helps me unwind and fall asleep quicker. The warmth and soothing white noise just make it feel like a cozy embrace from my bed. And it's definitely safer than using an electric blanket that might accidentally give me powers or something. The controls are simple to use, and the timer function is a total game-changer. I wish I had discovered this years ago because it's really made a huge difference in my life. So far, so good, and I can't even imagine going to sleep without it now.

Bird of paradise plant arrived damaged
My bird of paradise plant came with a messed up leaf, but Francesca from customer service got in touch and fixed the problem right away. I've bought lots of plants from different online stores, like Bloomscape, and I gotta tell ya, Bloomscape always goes above and beyond. Their plants show up bigger, greener, and healthier than any other company I've tried. Their customer service is top-notch and I would definitely suggest them for all your plant needs.

Convenient, shuttle service
I had a great time at that parking spot. It was super convenient being close to the airport and having a shuttle available to take me there. The only hiccup was when I got back from my trip, I didn't know I had to call the hotel for the shuttle to pick me up. I ended up waiting around for 20 minutes before figuring it out. Even though it was a little annoying, I'd still park there again next time.

Overloaded programme messages
I keep getting all these messages about the program being overloaded. I've been using it for so long and usually I'm pretty satisfied with it. But today, I just couldn't handle it anymore, so I called them up. They told me they were aware of the issue and asked if I had called before. When I said no, they were like, "It's crazy you didn't call us sooner!" Seriously, Sage, this service is just terrible!

Sugarwish gift
So, my company gave me this awesome gift called Sugarwish. I was really looking forward to getting some tasty treats. But man, when it finally arrived, it was a disaster. First, I had to wait forever to receive it - like, almost a whole month later than everyone else. And when I opened the box, I was so disappointed. Instead of the double chocolate chunk cookies I was expecting, I got some strange sugar cookies and this disgusting brown filling that tasted awful. Plus, they were past their expiration date! How disappointing.

Partial refund offered
I had a problem with my order not too long ago, so I had to file a complaint and give customer service a ring to straighten things out. After some back and forth, they offered me $89 back as a partial refund. I mean, I'm grateful for them trying to fix things, but honestly, I think I should have gotten a full refund given the situation. From now on, I'll definitely be checking out online reviews before I buy from this company again. It's a shame that there are so many scammers out there, because it gives a bad name to honest small businesses trying to make it online.

Policy adjustment and excellent customer service
I had really great customer service recently when I needed to adjust my policy because of some money issues I was having. Bee Bee was super understanding when I told her about losing my job in September. She quickly fixed the prices for me, went over my policy details, and made sure I knew she had my back as a customer for more than 2 years. She even helped me set up a payment plan that was easier on my wallet. It was a huge relief!
