Vacation wig disappointment
I was super excited to get my wig for an upcoming trip, but man, was I disappointed when it arrived. The hair looked totally fake and felt like straw. My cat seriously has better hair than this thing. I'm definitely sending it back and saving up for something nicer.
Great wigs!
I recently ordered from this site and I gotta say, the wigs are really awesome and not too pricey. Ran into a little trouble with my discount code, but I reached out to customer service and they got back to me in just 2 days and sorted it out right away!
Incorrect order received
My experience was absolutely awful. I ordered something and got the wrong thing instead. I reached out to customer service several times via email, but they never gave me a helpful response or offered to let me return it for free. It's so annoying that they can't admit they messed up. Don't waste your money on these scammers!
Dark wig
The wig I bought is way darker than the picture online! It's so dark that I can't even wear it. And to make matters worse, there's no information on how to return it. Now I'm stuck with it. Totally not cool.
Multiple wigs
I just bought a bunch of wigs from Wigyy, but was kinda bummed out when I didn't get a discount for getting them one by one. I think they should have hooked me up with some savings for buying in bulk. Anyways, here's to hoping the wigs are top-notch quality since I've never tried this brand before. Thanks, Joyce Richard.
Refund policy limitations
The website ain't letting people return stuff to addresses in the US like they said they would. Customers gotta send things back to China on their own dime. That's just not cool and it's gonna end up costing more than the dang product itself.
Scam company
I would give this company zero stars if I could. It's a total scam. The products I got were nothing like how they were described online, and trying to get a refund or return was a total nightmare. I suggest saving your money and shopping somewhere else.
Eyelash growth serum
I gotta tell you, I bought this eyelash growth serum from this company, and man, it was a nightmare. I mean, the ordering part was easy peasy, but as soon as I clicked that buy button, it all went downhill. They never even sent me the product, and when I tried calling and emailing their customer service, it was like I was talking to a brick wall. I felt totally scammed, and now I wish I never even heard of them. Something fishy is going on with those perfect 5-star reviews, I swear they must be paying people off to write them. If you're thinking of buying from them, just don't. Spare yourself the headache I went through.
Clip on pony tail
I ordered a clip on ponytail about a month ago and it still hasn't shown up. I've been trying to reach out to customer service through Paypal but haven't heard anything back. It looks like I'm not the only one dealing with this, I've seen other people sharing similar complaints in reviews. On top of that, they're only offering 30% of the purchase price back for returns or missing deliveries, which totally feels like a scam. They even gave me two tracking numbers but turned out both were fake. And let's not forget - the quality of the hairpieces is definitely not what they show on their website. Definitely would not recommend buying from them.

Blue wig
I got this blue wig from Wigyy and let me tell you, it was a total disaster! The color was way off from what they showed online, and when I tried to send it back, they gave me such a hard time. They insisted that I got exactly what I asked for, which was definitely not the case. I've purchased wigs from different places in the past and never had such a bad time. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of Wigyy!
Really bad quality, looks bad, no refund money, customer service sucks
Dude, I ordered something and it was total garbage. It looked awful and was way too stiff and huge. And let me tell you, their customer service sucked. Had a hard time returning my order and never got my money back. Definitely never shopping from them again, big thumbs down. ?
Clip for ponytail with fake hair
I just bought a ponytail clip with fake hair from this company, and man, I was so let down. The clip was a pain to open, the hair color was totally off, and honestly, the whole thing was just garbage. The ads made it look awesome, but the actual product was a major disappointment. It's annoying how many companies claim to be American but are really just operating out of China.
Multiple beauty products
As someone who recently bought a bunch of beauty products, I just need to vent about how bummed out I am with this company. They promised fast shipping, but my order got held up multiple times for no reason. When I tried to cancel and get my money back, they fought me on it and only offered me partial refunds. I've figured out that this company isn't on the up and up, so be careful if you're thinking about shopping with them.
Late delivery, unhelpful customer service
I recently bought something from this online shop, thinking I'd get it pretty soon. But man, it actually took a whole 6 weeks for my stuff to show up. I needed it in a hurry, like within 2 weeks, so that was a major bummer. And when I tried to cancel my order because of the hold up, their customer service told me it was already on its way and couldn't be stopped. Not cool, right? They really didn't seem to care about my situation at all, which was a letdown.
Dark Brown wig
I ordered this wig in a medium brown color, but when it got here it was way darker than what I wanted! Not cool at all. And when I tried to send it back because it was their mess-up, they said I had to ship it all the way to China for them to give me my money back. Seriously, that's gonna cost 75 bucks! Super expensive! Plus, the return address on their website isn't even real. This whole thing seems like a scam to me. And instead of just making it right, they just kept trying to give me discounts. Not cool at all.
Two items for Christmas
I ordered two things back in October, just to be safe, ya know? But they still haven't arrived. Christmas already passed and I'm still here waiting for my stuff. I dropped over 70 bucks on it and all it says is "in route" for weeks now! Can't even get a customer service number to call, how horrible is that?
Wrap around ponytail
I just bought a wrap around ponytail and man, it was a total disaster. What I got was nothing like what was shown in the ad - it was all tangled up and looked super fake. The hair was way too shiny, like plastic instead of real hair. It was just awful and a total waste of money. I was so bummed that I just tossed it in the trash. What a rip off! I definitely won't be buying anything from that seller again. Do yourself a favor and steer clear, save your money for something better.
Messy bun in strawberry blonde
This company is such a scam, it's crazy. I ordered a strawberry blonde messy bun, and what I got was a disaster. It was this yellow platinum blonde mess with random dark brunette highlights - not at all what I wanted. I contacted them about their mistake, and all they did was offer me more discounts on the wrong item, or the option to order something else with a discount. Can you believe that? And then they had the nerve to suggest I pay for shipping back to China! Luckily, I used PayPal to buy it, so I'll eventually get my money back. But dealing with these shady folks for at least two weeks isn't something I'm looking forward to. If PayPal doesn't come through, I'll just go straight to my bank to dispute the charge. Been there, done that, and it worked. Seriously, save yourself the drama and steer clear of this company. And good luck even finding their website - it's like they're hiding on purpose!
Quality wigs
As a first-time customer at Wigyy, I was a little nervous about buying because I saw some bad reviews. But I took a chance and got a few wigs. I gotta say, I was pleasantly surprised! The wigs I got were top-notch quality and looked just like they did on the website. They're comfy to wear and don't shed much. Even with all the COVID-19 stuff going on, shipping was pretty quick and I didn't have to wait forever to get my order. Overall, I'm really impressed with the products and service from Wigyy.
