Mini Pro Drone
I recently bought the Mini Pro drone from this company, and I was really excited about it. However, turns out it's just a cheap knockoff made by some company in China. The website claims it's a US company, which is a total lie! The drone keeps overheating and flying all over the place. I've been trying to return it, but EXO Drones' customer service is terrible. They never answer the phone, and all their emails seem to come from China. I'm still waiting for a return authorization, and it's been a total nightmare dealing with them. Seriously, don't waste your money on this company. It's a complete scam!

Large tree in a planter
Even though the big tree I bought in a planter got messed up during delivery and wasn't looking too hot when it arrived, I gotta say, the customer service from the company was top-notch. They didn't waste any time getting back to me, were super friendly, and gave me a bunch of options to make things right.
