    Palm tree head cover

    The folks at the store were super nice and helpful when I asked about my order. But, turns out, the item I wanted was out of stock from the manufacturer, which made the delivery take longer than expected. Even though it took longer than I thought, the staff did a great job keeping me updated and making sure I got my product in the end.

    Why in the world would someone try to sell a phone that's supposed to be unlocked, but really isn't? I am so annoyed by this situation. Not only did I not receive what I thought I was getting, but now I have to figure out a way to unlock it on my own or contact the network provider. And to top it all off, there's no customer service phone number provided, which just makes it all the more frustrating.

    Bent shovel head

    The picture on the website made it look like the shovel head had a curved end, but when I got it, the handle was straight and didn't even match up with my shovel head. It was disappointing to see such a big difference between the picture and what I actually got.

    Oh my goodness, I was so impressed when I found a See by Chloe bag at this shop! I couldn't find it anywhere in the UK but D'aniello had it in stock! It was like fate, I swear. I wasn't sure at first but the bag arrived in just 5 days with tracking info from DHL. I'm definitely gonna shop here again!

    I just wanted to share about this awesome customer service I got at the store the other day. There was this worker named Lori who really went above and beyond. I shot her an email about my package and it showed up at my door just 2 days later. Thanks to Lori's quick and helpful response, I'm one happy customer.     Mother's Day Plants

    I had a terrible experience buying Mother's Day plants from this place. I ordered two plants for my mom and grandma, and when they arrived, they were both sad and looking pretty gross. They died really fast, and when I reached out for help, the customer service just offered store credit without even apologizing. Seriously, what's the deal with that? Plus, the plants were already pricey, so why would I want to buy more? If you're into sending dead plants to your loved ones, then by all means, go for it.

    I got scammed by this company that tricks you into thinking it's a one-time purchase, but then traps you in a monthly subscription without telling you. The fine print in the terms and conditions is a dirty move that leaves you feeling cheated and mad. And when I tried to contact customer service for answers and proof of my order, they got all defensive and ignored me. This company is really shady and doesn't take responsibility for anything, which is super disappointing. Lots of people are unhappy because of them, so my advice is to steer clear of their website to avoid the same headache.

    Phil Keaggy Master Class purchase

    I bought the Phil Keaggy Master Class on JamPlay and it's been frustrating because I haven't heard anything about when I'll actually get it. The delivery time has come and gone, but I haven't gotten any updates or notifications about what's going on. It's kind of a bummer and I'm pretty annoyed as a customer. I might just ask for my money back because of all the hassle. But hey, at least they responded quickly when I asked about my reference number.

    I placed an order with this company about two months ago and I haven't gotten the tops I ordered yet. I've reached out through email multiple times, some of which got replies and some didn't. Every time I talk to customer service, they say they're sending my order again quickly, but nothing has arrived. Definitely not happy with this company - they're terrible.
