Virtual private network (VPN) software
I just bought the VPN software from this company and I'm really happy with how it keeps my online stuff secure. The program is easy to use, letting me browse the web without anyone snooping on me. I like that I can surf for free with no limits and pick different virtual spots for a speedy connection.

Projector purchase
I bought a projector from this company, and let me tell you, the delivery was a complete disaster. It was supposed to be delivered by Amazon Logistics, but when I got the package, it was just a bunch of milk cartons tossed on my property. The delivery guy marked it as "delivered," but there was no evidence of that, and I can't get ahold of anyone from the company no matter how hard I try. It seems like either Amazon or this company is pulling some kind of scam because they won't take responsibility or even bother looking into the issue. In my opinion, this company is totally unprofessional and doesn't care about their customers at all. I definitely wouldn't recommend buying from them. Look elsewhere, folks.

I got this really cute eyeshadow palette online, but it never showed up! I waited and waited, but nothing ever came. I tried emailing them to ask what's happening, but they never got back to me. It's just so frustrating!

Language Proficiency Test
My experience with the language proficiency test was pretty good overall. The test was set up well and really made me show off my language skills. But, I thought the last part was more about memorizing stuff than really showing how well I knew the language. That was a little disappointing because I think it didn't fully show what I can do. Still, I learned a lot from taking the test.

Shorts purchase
I bought a pair of shorts from this store not too long ago. Let me tell you, I am pretty unhappy with the way things have gone so far. It's been 10 days since I placed my order and I haven't heard a peep about it being sent out. I tried to get some answers from customer service, but all they said was that they were behind on orders. No updates, no heads up - this lack of communication is just not cool. I had high hopes for this purchase, but now I'm just really let down by the whole thing.

Recent order status
I recently bought something from this company, and I gotta say, it's been pretty disappointing. It's been almost two weeks since I placed my order, and it's still sitting there in "being processed" limbo. They told me they lost some stuff when they moved but found most of my order - just missing one item. They promised to rush deliver what they found and refund me for the missing stuff, but so far, no deliveries or refunds. I tried reaching out by email and their website, but no response. Their phone number is either not working or no one picks up. I'm thinking of taking this up with UK trading standards because this lack of communication and service is just not cutting it.

I order on April 23rd and today is May 1st still have yet to get any updates on tracking not sure if it is mailed yet or not but this will be the only foxybae thing I order Lange is so much easier to deal with if you have a problem plus they keep you updated as soon as they can...
