Fast delivery, outstanding product, lacking European presence
I was really impressed by how quickly my order arrived and how great the product quality was. It totally surpassed what I was expecting and I would totally recommend it to others - which I've already done. The only thing is that it would be even better if they had a presence in Europe, that way it would be easier for folks like me to get their hands on their products.
Projector purchase
I bought a projector from this company, and let me tell you, the delivery was a complete disaster. It was supposed to be delivered by Amazon Logistics, but when I got the package, it was just a bunch of milk cartons tossed on my property. The delivery guy marked it as "delivered," but there was no evidence of that, and I can't get ahold of anyone from the company no matter how hard I try. It seems like either Amazon or this company is pulling some kind of scam because they won't take responsibility or even bother looking into the issue. In my opinion, this company is totally unprofessional and doesn't care about their customers at all. I definitely wouldn't recommend buying from them. Look elsewhere, folks.
Portable projector
I just got myself a portable projector for watching movies at home, and I gotta say, it's been a game-changer. Setting it up was a breeze, and the image quality is top-notch. It really amps up my movie-watching experience. The sound quality is also killer, giving me that big-screen feel, especially when I'm watching in a bigger room.<br><br>But here's the thing - as awesome as the projector is, the remote that comes with it is kind of a pain. It feels flimsy and sometimes has a hard time connecting to the projector, which can be super frustrating. I've been using my phone to control it instead, but that's not always perfect, especially with certain apps like Amazon Prime.<br><br>In the grand scheme of things, I think this projector has a ton of potential. With some tweaks to the design and functionality of the remote, it could be even better.
Projector purchase
My experience with the customer service at this store was really frustrating. I had to shell out my own money for returns, and when I brought back two projectors, they only refunded me for one. The lack of communication and follow-through from the customer service team was just not cool.
Slow delivery, bad customer service
So, I ordered something from this shop, right? And it was supposed to come in 3-7 days, but it's been a whole MONTH and still nothing! And when I asked about it, the customer service people were super unhelpful and didn't even try to fix the problem. They kept saying I had to wait 10 business days, but that's NOT what they advertised! Plus, they don't even give me the shipping carrier’s contact info, so how am I supposed to check where my order is? It's just not fair, man. I don't think I can trust this store anymore. They offered me a replacement, but who knows if that will ever actually show up. And then they had the nerve to suggest I cancel my order and buy on Amazon instead. Like, what kind of customer service is that?! Ugh, just not a good experience overall.
New projector
Oh my gosh, I just got this new projector from Nebula and let me tell you, it was a disaster! I placed an order and it showed up the very next day, but the delivery person from Amazon just chucked it over the gate. Not cool at all. When I opened the box, it looked all dirty and there were some weird 'bits' on it. Gross! It seriously looked like it had been used before and not brand new. And to top it off, the projector had a bunch of issues, like dust and scratches on the lens, Bluetooth not syncing right with my speaker, and the image quality was terrible. I reached out to Nebula on their website to complain but haven't heard a peep back. I need a refund like yesterday! I think I'm gonna order the same one from Amazon and give Nebula one more shot. Hopefully this time around will be smoother!
Smart TV
I wouldn't recommend buying this Smart TV. It's pretty outdated and doesn't even let you watch copyrighted stuff. Save your money and go for something better.
Dirty and used product
This place has the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I tried to get info about my order and they didn't know anything about when it would ship or arrive. When I wanted to cancel, they said it couldn't be done. They said there were no supervisors or managers to talk to. I left messages, but got no response. The product showed up late, dirty, with loose cords, and empty plastic bags inside. It was definitely used before. Totally unacceptable.
Overpriced projector
The projector was great when I first got it, but after using it for about 2.5 years, it started to shut down because it was getting too hot. Even though I knew cleaning the fan might fix it, the company didn't offer much help once the warranty was up. It's kind of a letdown, especially for how much I paid for it. I feel like for $1,400, they could at least give some better customer service and tips on how to fix common problems. Before buying from this company again, I'd suggest looking into a TV or something with better support after the warranty runs out.
Mini LED projector
I just bought a mini LED projector, but I had some trouble trying to get it to work. The image it displayed on the wall was blurry and there weren't any instructions on how to fix it or use it properly. Even though it has an HDMI port, it wouldn't connect to my laptop. I'm pretty bummed about it, so I think I'll return it.
Faulty item return
I bought something that turned out to be messed up, and trying to return it has been a total headache. Even though their rules say you can return stuff for any reason, they've been dragging their feet for almost a whole month. It's been a hassle just to get them to send me a return label for the item.
Projector Replacement
I just bought a projector from this company and ran into a small issue soon after. But their customer service team stepped up and got me a replacement the very next day. It was a smooth process and I was really impressed with how quick they were. The projector works perfectly and I've been loving it ever since.
Nebula Capsule
It's been a couple of years since I bought this product, and I gotta say, I'm really disappointed that the apps started crapping out on me. I shot them an email for help, and thankfully, their customer service team was able to fix it up for me. They did a great job, but it's still frustrating that the product didn't hold up like I thought it would.
Projector purchase
This product may not have zoom capabilities, but the key manual setting gives you plenty of room to make adjustments. When it comes to compatibility, visuals, sound, and setup/usage, this is definitely the most user-friendly projector I've ever used. I would highly suggest this unit to anyone who wants a great indoor/outdoor cinema experience. Plus, it also works as a top-notch Bluetooth/wireless HiFi speaker setup. The picture quality is crystal clear for daytime viewing, even in indoor lighting. This has definitely been one of the best purchases I've made in a while.
Can size projector, short lifespan, high price
The products look really awesome and cutting-edge, but the whole experience gets ruined by planned obsolescence. They may be stylish, but they don't hold up for very long. And to make matters worse, there's no customer service help available, no way to get replacement parts, and the warranty is only good for a measly year.
Projector purchase for self and parents
My experience with this company has been a total nightmare. I bought two projectors, one for me and one for my folks, and it took about a week for them to ship them out. But when the packages were supposed to arrive, they were nowhere to be seen. I reached out to customer service, and they told me to give it 11 days before they could send a replacement. On day 11, I contacted them again and at first they said they'd send a replacement, but later on they changed their minds and told me to deal with the shipping company myself to file a missing package claim. Now I'm stuck without my projectors and out of a lot of money. This whole thing has been really frustrating and disappointing.
Nebula laser 3 purchase
I just gotta say, dealing with this company has been a total nightmare. I bought a Nebula laser 3 and it never even showed up. On top of that, the customer service was just awful. I tried to get in touch several times to check on my order, but all I got back were slow and useless responses. After waiting for two whole weeks, they finally said I'd get a refund in 3-5 days. But it's been 10 days now and still no sign of that refund. Their lack of communication and total ineptitude is just not okay.
Projector
I just bought a projector from this company, but when it arrived, the box was empty and damaged. I reached out to customer service right away and sent them all the proof they asked for, like pictures and footage from my camera. But all I got back were generic emails. When I tried to sort things out, they just told me to go to the police. It's really frustrating that they won't own up to their mistake, and it worries me.

Otherwise companies have their own experts of different mastery of relevant fields
Nebula team have not only technology also experienced people who are of industry's best ,I suppose May be I wrong at some point
