Oh my goodness, I thought this free trial would be great, but it was a complete disaster! I tried to cancel before it ended, but I still got charged a crazy amount of money. The customer service person I spoke to was super rude and not helpful at all. I was so angry about the whole thing, it was unbelievable! STARZ is just the worst!

I just bought some coats, and man, it's been a real letdown. Three weeks later and my order still hasn't shipped. I contacted customer service, and all they could do was apologize - no real answers on when my coats would arrive. This whole thing has been frustrating and feels like a total waste of time and money. If you're in a hurry for winter clothes, I'd recommend checking out someplace else.

Luxury clothing items
I am extremely frustrated with the customer service at this company. I tried calling their Australia customer service line multiple times, but no one ever picked up. This lack of communication caused a huge problem with US customs because they didn't have the information they needed, so my merchandise was delayed. To top it off, the merchandise couldn't be delivered, and I couldn't even get a refund. Their email customer service wasn't any better, they didn't help me at all. I can't believe I lost over $4000 because of their incompetence.

I recently got a new recipe book and I was so surprised by it. It had some interesting ingredients like cannabis and cinnamon, which apparently have health benefits. I decided to give the recipes a try and they turned out surprisingly tasty, which was awesome. I had a really bad experience with this company. I tried contacting their customer service team a bunch of times, but never got a response. I had to ask for proof that the items were legit more than once before they finally sent it. It was annoying that I had to use Mercari to nudge them to send my stuff. This was my first and last time buying from them.

Cruise experience disappointment
Recently I took a cruise with Cruise Line and everything went pretty well, until I found out they still owed me some money. After a few weeks, they sent me a check to reimburse me, but I can't cash it anywhere in the Netherlands. I've tried reaching out to customer service through email a bunch of times, but haven't heard anything back. It's pretty surprising that they would ignore a loyal customer over a small amount like this. Needless to say, they won't be getting our business again.

The coat I got from this company was a total letdown. The coat I saw on the website looked really nice on a celebrity, but what I got was a cheap copy. And on top of that, returning it cost me $25 in shipping fees that I didn't get back. I'm so annoyed and feel totally tricked. I definitely recommend not shopping here, it seems like they care more about scamming people than selling good stuff.

Overpriced hoodies
The hoodies I bought from this store were way too expensive. When I got them, they were not as good as I hoped and I regretted spending my money on them. When I contacted customer service for a refund, they said I'd have to pay more for a replacement. It felt like a punch in the gut and I was frustrated and upset. I'd advise others to think twice before buying from this store. All in all, I was really disappointed with how things turned out.

I just got this poster and was so pumped about how awesome it looked and the quality of it. But then, my mood totally changed when I found out that the 20% off deal for writing a review was really just 15%. Not cool at all! And let me tell you, trying to call customer service was a total disaster. Luckily, they did finally get back to me through email and fixed everything. I mean, I do like my poster overall, but those problems definitely weren't cool.

I'm really disappointed with iMyFone as a customer. When I downloaded their software, it caused a virus on my computer. When I contacted customer support, I got an automated email saying they were on holiday. It took 3 days to hear back, and they suggested I download more software, which ended up causing another virus detected by malware bytes. The software didn't work as promised, so I asked for a refund but was denied. My whole experience with iMyFone was really bad, and I wouldn't suggest it to anyone.
