Daughter's birthday backpack
I just bought a backpack for my daughter's birthday from this company, and let me tell you, ordering from their website was a breeze. It was so easy and straightforward, I was pleasantly surprised. Plus, the delivery was super quick. When my daughter got the backpack, she was thrilled. It's well-made with lots of compartments, which she totally loved. I'll definitely be coming back for more and will recommend this company to anyone in search of quality stuff and great service.

Fast delivery, outstanding product, lacking European presence
I was really impressed by how quickly my order arrived and how great the product quality was. It totally surpassed what I was expecting and I would totally recommend it to others - which I've already done. The only thing is that it would be even better if they had a presence in Europe, that way it would be easier for folks like me to get their hands on their products.

Coats
I just bought some coats, and man, it's been a real letdown. Three weeks later and my order still hasn't shipped. I contacted customer service, and all they could do was apologize - no real answers on when my coats would arrive. This whole thing has been frustrating and feels like a total waste of time and money. If you're in a hurry for winter clothes, I'd recommend checking out someplace else.

Cruise experience disappointment
Recently I took a cruise with Cruise Line and everything went pretty well, until I found out they still owed me some money. After a few weeks, they sent me a check to reimburse me, but I can't cash it anywhere in the Netherlands. I've tried reaching out to customer service through email a bunch of times, but haven't heard anything back. It's pretty surprising that they would ignore a loyal customer over a small amount like this. Needless to say, they won't be getting our business again.

Coats
The coat I got from this company was a total letdown. The coat I saw on the website looked really nice on a celebrity, but what I got was a cheap copy. And on top of that, returning it cost me $25 in shipping fees that I didn't get back. I'm so annoyed and feel totally tricked. I definitely recommend not shopping here, it seems like they care more about scamming people than selling good stuff.

Overpriced hoodies
The hoodies I bought from this store were way too expensive. When I got them, they were not as good as I hoped and I regretted spending my money on them. When I contacted customer service for a refund, they said I'd have to pay more for a replacement. It felt like a punch in the gut and I was frustrated and upset. I'd advise others to think twice before buying from this store. All in all, I was really disappointed with how things turned out.

Poster purchase with discount issue
I just got this poster and was so pumped about how awesome it looked and the quality of it. But then, my mood totally changed when I found out that the 20% off deal for writing a review was really just 15%. Not cool at all! And let me tell you, trying to call customer service was a total disaster. Luckily, they did finally get back to me through email and fixed everything. I mean, I do like my poster overall, but those problems definitely weren't cool.

I just bought a birthday card from this website. It took a little longer to get here than if I bought it from a store down the street. The price was a bit more than I usually spend on a card, but the quality and design were top-notch. They had a ton of cards to choose from on the website for all sorts of occasions. In the end, I was happy with my purchase and would definitely think about using this website again.

Jackets purchase
Two weeks back, I got myself 4 jackets, and they got here pretty quick. But man, they just didn't fit right, so I decided to send them back. The problem is, I reached out to customer service multiple times and never got that return label. They kept saying they'd fix it, but no dice. I waited on hold for a whole 70 minutes before they hit me with the news that I couldn't get a return label since I was shipping from The Netherlands. Talk about bad communication and awful customer service - totally left me feeling annoyed and let down.
