Incorrect color item swapped for the right color
I gotta say, I was totally blown away by the amazing customer service I got from this company. So, get this - I accidentally ordered the wrong color thingy, but then David from customer service stepped in and made the whole situation a breeze. He was super helpful and fast in getting me the right color item. And would you believe it, my corrected order arrived way quicker than I expected! And to top it off, they didn't even charge me for shipping. Plus, the price was way cheaper than if I had gone straight to the supplier. On top of all that, they kept me updated on my order every step of the way, which was a nice touch. Overall, I'm absolutely thrilled with my experience and I'll definitely be back for more. Huge thanks to the team for going above and beyond to make sure I was happy.
Wallet purchase
I just bought a wallet from your website and I gotta say, I was taking a bit of a risk since I couldn't actually see or touch it before buying. But when it showed up, I was pleasantly surprised because it was even nicer than I expected. It was super high quality and looked even better in person than online. Only downside was that it ended up being a little too small for me, but that's totally on me for not checking the size properly. Anyway, I decided to return it and that whole process was easy and stress-free. I got my refund pretty quickly, which was a relief. Overall, I was really impressed with the wallet and the return experience, so I'll definitely be back to shop with you again in the future.

Tassia attach Briefcase and one hoodie delivered me yesterday. Whole process booking to delivery took six days.This is a concern when we are in 21st century ,one bigger or even heavy items deliver one country to another within short time Such small parcels should be delivered in less time.
I contacted your service team and as expected all garbage throw on Covid19 security issue.As per given terms 2 to 4 days after shipping? Means shipping was late.For such time world is facing,customers can spare you but normally this is will not acceptable.
