Slow delivery, poor customer service, misleading discount codes
I recently bought something from this online store and it was a huge letdown. First off, it took forever for my stuff to get to me, and when I tried to reach out to customer service for help, they were super rude and condescending. I paid good money for those products, so I expected better treatment and help when it came to delivery problems, but no such luck. It seems like if you're in a hurry, this might not be the store for you. Also, there were supposed to be discount codes available, but they were nowhere to be seen when I was checking out. And when I did find one, it didn't give me the right amount off like it said it would, and it only worked for one item in my cart. Overall, my whole experience with this store was a mess and left me feeling annoyed and disappointed with my purchase.

Airport transfer service
I just took the airport transfer service and I gotta say, the driver was top-notch. Showed up on time, super polite, and made sure the ride was smooth as butter. Well over two years of buying without a single problem, but there we go.
July 12, I make my usual order, same brand, name, address, card and everything same like always.
July 14, shows my package "delivered at mailbox", but THERE IS NOTHING HERE. Not at mailbox -won't fit-or porch (front or back), so, I try to contact this seller and carrier -USPS- without a single reply.
Three times already, I have no time to call, but I sent emails and not a single sign of nobody just reading them.
