I bought something not too long ago, but I still haven't gotten it. I ordered it on April 2nd and now it's April 19th and nothing. I'm getting pretty annoyed because I thought I'd have it by now. I really hope they can get their act together with shipping so this doesn't happen to other people.
Shirt and Underwear
I can understand not returning underwear but exchange would be nice as they do not fit! But the short that was very expensive I just was informed is not returnable. It does not fit my husband and is very uncomplimentary:( I called, left messages (no one picks up don't where that came from) and emailed with no responses. Where is there "100% Satisfaction Guarantee"? I want my money back and did not see that this wasn't returnable not even sure why all I saw was 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. Gave them several opportunities to make this right. No luck so no more business from me and will share my story so others aren't fooled! BUYER BEWARE
two buttercloth shirts in Medium Slim
Shirts were not sized properly. My son takes the same size and website confirmed the same. Shirts arrived too small. No replacements available. In fact, a Large Slim was almost impossible to find. No help from "support" and I also lost my initial discount because I couldn't replace with the same. Contacted
"support" repeatedly to no avail. They answered quickly but didn't answer my questions.Shirts
Purchased shirts for my son. Ordered same size as previous order but this time both are too small. Tried getting an exchange but they didn't have same product in next size. They charge you to return and charge a fee to exchange. Not good customer service. Love the product but won't buy again.
3 Butter Cloth Shirts
Negative. They are awesome after wearing once, after washing they never regain their shape and are badly wrinkled despite following the manufacturer's washing instructions. Way too expensive and the only way they will possibly look good is by taking them to be dry cleaned. Add this to the already outrageous price tag and it's ridiculous. Very very disappointed and out 300 dollars. They look like they are 20 years old after one wash.
