Rucksack Purchase
I bought a backpack from this store recently, and I have to say I'm really happy with how everything turned out. The website was easy to use, making it simple to find and buy what I wanted. The backpack got to me quickly, and I liked getting email updates about where it was in the delivery process. The backpack itself is awesome - it's really well-made, with tons of room and pockets for all my stuff. I definitely suggest checking out this store if you need a good, stylish backpack.

HRIS system implementation
I gotta say, Zenefits really dropped the ball when it comes to customer service compared to ADP. It's been a real headache dealing with them – from getting incorrect info about employees to them taking forever to get back to me. Their FSA system is a total mess too, always switching banks and hitting me with different charges. And don't even get me started on their customer service manager – totally useless, always telling me to check their website for answers they should have. This has hands down been the absolute worst customer service experience I've had in my 25 years of using HRIS systems.

Returned item for refund
I just had to return something to this store for a refund and I couldn't believe their return policy. I had to pay to ship it back, which makes sense, but they also took out the original delivery fee from what they gave me back. The whole thing was really annoying, especially because their size chart was wrong and caused me to have to return the item in the first place.

Wall-mounted wine and coffee bar cabinets
The wall wine and coffee bar cabinets I got were delivered super nicely packed, so they were in perfect shape when they got to me. It was a breeze for me to hang them up and put them together because they were so well made and all the parts fit great. I love that the drawers and doors close on their own - it's a handy touch that makes them even more useful. Once they were up, I was so happy with how they looked in my kitchen, they fit right in with the rest of my decor.

water bottle for school
I bought this water bottle from this place for my granddaughter's school and the lid was broken. I sent them pictures and they were really nice about it, they sent me a new lid. My granddaughter is happy now and we're gonna keep buying from them because they're the best! It's awesome that they stand behind their product. Thank you!
