Trainers and Jacket
Been burned to the tune of £70 today. Do NOT buy from this company. Ordered a jacket and shoes and what I have just received I would not give to a charity shop. If the con merchants behind this Wayrates site put as much effort into their products as they do in their website, then it would be great but as it is, they are simply sending the cheapest possible ... which bears NO, I repeat NO resemblance to the picture on their website. Based on other reviews and the fact they are based in China, life is too short to try and get a refund. All I can do is go on every review website and warn people. What annoys me is that websites like Pinterest allow them to advertise giving a false sense of security. I will stick to Amazon from now on or Google the ... out of any company I've not heard off before ordering. Lesson is, don't trust any ads. Pity though as I would have liked the jacket that was in the picture. But was I got was absolute ... I am sure the same scammers are operating under different names too as I see similar images coming up under different ads and companies and am sure that once Wayrates is figured out by a majority to be the con it is, numerous other names will pop up.

In the initial process of sale I was not told that there would be additional waiting once my stamp was approved. It took 3 weeks to get my paperwork submitted as they sent my fingerprint paperwork via snail mail USPS which is inherently unreliable. I returned it next day air, and it still took another two weeks to get my appointment to submit. After the nightmare wait of the ATF approval process I was told that it would take an additional three weeks to receive my silencer. They quickly sent out my Cleo notice, but never followed up on it after sending. After ten days waiting and hearing nothing I called. Customer service told me it had not arrived and they attempted to contact the sheriff to verify. The next day they found out it had not been received, but it was showing that it would be delivered the next day which was fri. I called Monday to verify and nothing. I called every other day for an additional ten days and nothing. On the 11th day customer
We service told me it was still showing undelivered by tracking and that the person In charge had sent one email, no additional calls in the previous ten days. When I became angry someone finally decided to follow up. They found it had in fact not been delivered and that they would send another Cleo. So one month after approval I am no closer to receiving my silencer. And in addition doing research have found this to be a common fault with silencer central. I am a veteran and have never had an issue one with any firearm purchase made until now. And it feels as though until the people I talked to today, no one is going to follow up and ensure I receive my product. I am in a catch 22 here and have my hands tied. I was told I would receive tracking number for both the original Cleo which they never attempted to follow up on. And the new one once it is sent, but still have received nothing. Buyer be aware 1 you will wait a minimum of three weeks to receive if everything goes right. If not you may wait the same as me frustrated and no closer after a month with no real solution from them to speed up the process.as a side note when this is all said and done I will have been waiting almost one year as I started the process in April 22, my ATF approval was 269 days. Bought 8 of these cool American Traveler socks. Comfy as F! Gave some away as Christmas gifts, which was awesome. The description says the yarn is 100% alpaca but they "build" or make the sock on a nylon skeleton, which made sense.Sorry the customer felt misled. The AmericanTravelers are made with 100% alpaca as stated. They are formed onto a nylon frame to hold it all together, adding durability on an amazingly soft sock. I wear them daily! :)

I've ordered a number of micro greens seeds recently. All of them sprouted well except for the small seeded black oil sunflower seeds. When brought to their attention, True Leaf basically told me "tough luck." Very disappointed in their behavior as a seller. Not sure I would trust them again.

Where it did deem to help my mind relax a bit, it did, like all the other, nothing for my pain. I’m starting to think that the people who say it works are just lying, or don’t have real pain.

We purchased the mattress from a referral from friend. The mattress itself is fine...thought it would be more soft since it was gel on top. So, expect firm but hopefully it'll break in over time.
The communication is 0 out of 10. They have an answering service that answers their phones and very slow to respond. There are no updates while you're waiting and even after a few weeks of no delivery or communication there wasn't any sense of urgency other than, it's on the list. I would not recommend if you need something in under a month and quite honestly I found one at a national mattress company who had next day delivery for less money for same bed.
I wish we did that just so we didn't lose so much time. I will say they are not unfriendly...just not effective. I would focus on real customer service to get additional business and referrals.Review about: KJ Beckett

Gave height measurement of 46.5" tall, delivered cover is 48.5" in height with 2" of material on the ground rendering grill wheels inoperable. Contacted them so they could modify it and they refuse to talk, only email and refused to fix it. Only offered 35% off of a new one. No Thanks!

The rate is not that expensive but again it can be little bit extra.

Seems like they either over extended themselves, or it's a scam company. They don't answer emails or texts, so...
I placed an ordered on 2/9/20, since then I've written several emails with no response. I cannot get an answer from customer service. When I ordered on 2/9/20 it said 2-5 days delivery. At this point I just want my money back.
I ordered on 2/5/2020 and got a confirmation that it was received but i haven't received anything else from them. I sent multiple emails in response to the confirmation but also no reply from this Company.
I ordered on 3/24/20 and received a confirmation. On 3/29/20 I received an email stating to add another 72 hours to my delivery due to protecting their employees .I called to cancel my order but no answer to phones calls or Emails.
Waited on their chat line for over 40 min. started at #26 in line. Finally got on with Shakira who said she would check into my order status as I never received a tracking number.. Got cut off and bounced back down to # 40 on the list! Still don't know the status of my order. Wish I would have check here before I placed my order.
I ordered the beginning of Feburary. I asked countless times for an answer as to where my items are and no response. Up until last night 3-30-20 I got a response only because I threatened to take them to court if they dont respond or give me my money back. They sure didnt hesitate to semd it right away. Put an order in 3/34/20, after no returned emails, waited over 90 mins to speak with a csr who still didnt have a tracking number. Company is a fraud. It's now 4-3-20 and still no tracking number.
This company looks like another scam. I purchased an order back in early February and received a
conformation number only to be followed by an email. The email said my order was on back ordered. I tried contacting them but no answer. I also tired the on line chat only to very told it will take up to two weeks to get a reply back. Well I guess now its time to make some phone calls. This gas to be put to a stop. This is scamming. Ordered on 3/22 and received my items two weeks later. I was getting a bit worried as I've already been scammed once recently and took about 9 days after purchase to get my email that the order was shipped. I placed my order on 4/18/2020 and have only received my order confirmation. I swear they took my money before I even hit "Submit Order". All I can say is I'm so glad I had an 80% off coupon! By the sound of it, if I do ever receive my order, I will not be getting the face shields that I ordered. I'm hoping to get them sooner than later for the fact that I am immunocompromised, but I'm definitely not very hopeful after reading all of these reviews. With that being said, as long as I get my order the hubby and I can still use them when we ride the bike. If I don't, they can bet their sweet asses I'll be reporting them to the BBB!

I really wished I would have checked into this company before ordering. I spent 45 dollars and paid 25 dollars for priority shipping only to figure out this place is a scam, I would have never ordered from them had it not said "VET OWNED"..... Off to the bank I go then to BBB, good luck with your company after all these people send in complaints.
Orderd a couple of 5 packs so we can share. Everyone wanted a couple of the blackout American flags. Anyways got 15 all black. This was supposed to be split between 5 people for 2 blackouts and 1 black. They shipped 15 solid black which reading these reviews seems to be the normal for them.. Yes quick to take the money.. then instead of sending what we ordered they just went and sent what they wanted. Don't want them, we didn't order all black and wouldn't have ordered if blackout American flag wasn't an option.. Going to give them a chance to make it right but not going to wait another month otherwise going to file a dispute with the CC.
