RV King
I received my mattress approximately 1 month ago and haven’t seen any reason to even think about sending it back, or donating it to a charitable facility.
I had ordered to a specific measurement that would be close to a California King. It took approximately 5-6 weeks to be made and shipped. It was shipped to my home in Louisiana. I picked it up and transported it to Texas where my home away from home is. I was able to handle it myself with a little leverage. It weighs only75 pounds at at almost 61 years young it wasn’t to hard to handle.
Once it entered the RV it was at the point of no return and it will not be returned!!! This mattress has to be the best ever bed I have slept on in my entire life!!!!
Really firm support, very soft plush top, no energy shift when getting into the bed!!! That’s a big plus! Is weight rated for 300#’s per person which is help me out a bunch 6’ 3” height and weight about 275 give, or take a few.
It’s like sleeping on a well supported bed of marshmallows!!!! I can’t actually describe how it feels, except for the absolute best sleeping you will ever experience and I can say I look forward to getting into bed early every night just to spend more time on this mattress!
Thanks to everyone who has taken the time in building my mattress at mattress insider and the folks that do th QA/QC inspections to ensure that I received a top quality mattress!

I ordered a custom Luxury mattress, 28" x 70" x 8 ", a month ago, and the order delivered within two weeks, which was amazing.
The mattress I received does not resemble the waterfall Luxury mattress in the Customization Box. It has a solid cover with brown cording on the top and bottom edges, instead of the two fabric material with waterfall edge.
I spoke with Kerry at Mattress Insider before placing the orderr, but I had no idea I was supposed to clarify if the order would have the two fabric mattress cover and the waterfall edge. Otherwise, I would not have ordered the mattress. I spent $500 on a mattress and mattress encasement cover.
I planned to use the mattress as a replacement cushion on my chaise lounge. Since the Luxury is memory foam mattress, I planned to flip the mattress over, as the bottom was firmer, that Kerry clarified.
The mattress is very comfortable to sleep on, but not comfortable to sit on. There is very little difference between the top and bottom memory foam.Elation Gel Foam RV Mattress
I wanted to upgrade the mattresses in my new Winnebago Hike 172BH, and I did quite a bit of research prior to choosing Mattress Insider. I selected them because of the size options available, and the other reviews seemed to be good. Overall my experience with them has been excellent. I've ordered three mattresses from them so far (one 48" x 75" bunk and two 28"x75" for the dinette area. I have one more bunk mattress to order). The mattresses arrived rather quickly, and they seem to be well made. They also fit perfectly.
There was a misunderstanding and they accidentally shipped me two extra mattresses, but they were quick to resolve it and they arranged for Fedex to pick up the extras and paid the return shipping. I talk with Nathan in marketing and he helped me pick a mattress tohelp my wheelchaired handicapped wife who is in back pain sleeping on poorly made mattresses.. He was very knowledgeable and helpful with our orderand told us to go online and there was a discount available if we brought it now.. After a coulpe of minutes talking with Nathan I wanted him to order it right away..He was glad to put our order in that he suggested would help my wife out .. We really appreciate your Services and feel like our sleeping situation can be repaired with Nathans knowledge if we need to order something else from your company... Custom sheets RV bed
Mattress Insider sent me a fitted sheet that was 2 inches too short for fitted mattress. I sent pictures, followed all instructions and AM OUT $97.00. DO NOT buy from this company. They will not stand by their product. Will tell every RVer I see about this TERRIBLE SERVICE.
Scarsdale Luxury King
We purchased the mattress from a referral from friend. The mattress itself is fine...thought it would be more soft since it was gel on top. So, expect firm but hopefully it'll break in over time.
The communication is 0 out of 10. They have an answering service that answers their phones and very slow to respond. There are no updates while you're waiting and even after a few weeks of no delivery or communication there wasn't any sense of urgency other than, it's on the list. I would not recommend if you need something in under a month and quite honestly I found one at a national mattress company who had next day delivery for less money for same bed.
I wish we did that just so we didn't lose so much time. I will say they are not unfriendly...just not effective. I would focus on real customer service to get additional business and referrals.scarsdale luxury hybrid mattress w/organic cotton
i don't know how comfortable my mattress will be seeing that I haven't recieved it yet. Somebody messed up with my address and it is flying around somewhere sent out on april 30 this is may 10th. They say they corrected the error and gave me a tracking number for which I know read on the tracker scheduled delivery pending. I tried to ask the fed ex chat person about it and was told don't know when this assumed package will arrive hopefully one day soon maybe a very depleasing inconveience
Custom mattress
If you are are ordering a custom mattress make sure you get a invoice before paying. I ordered a custom length , width & depth with custom corners. I thought it came with just type of rounded corners. When we agreed on length, width and depth. I was under impression the corners were a standard round because it had been in all emails until the last one . Which I did not notice until after the fact. I was given a reference number to call to pay. When called to pay I gave the number and payed. I was asked if I understood all sales were final I said yes . Not realizing that we did not get our custom corners . AGAIN MAKE YOU GET A INVOICE BEFORE PAYING. I got the invoice after paying with dimensions and a code for the actual mattress. Which I thought was something to tell them it was a rounded corners When I received the mattress without custom corners and notified them . I did not even get I am sorry . I got oh that was in your request for custom order. SO we ordered a new mattress with all the dimensions as I requested with rounded corners.. Hoping it comes correct. Sad thing is I had to pay for second one so we are now over $1200. In mattresses. Wishing I could have found another place to order second one .
