Customer support was fast and actually solved the hiccup we had. I mean, they answered quickly, followed up without me asking, and fixed things before I even had time to worry. The rest of the process was smooth too — ordering felt clear and delivery arrived on time. Not flawless; price could be a little lower, but overall I’m really, really pleased and will come back. If you’re debating, go for it, but keep an eye on the invoice.
Was looking to buy shirts
Very disappointed with Collars ... Co.
My first order didn’t fit, so I returned it. They initially refused to give me a full refund because one of the two shirts had been opened. I’m honestly not sure how anyone is supposed to try on a shirt without opening the package. Eventually, after going back and forth, they finally refunded me in full.
I decided to give them another chance when they advertised a 30% off promotion for “new customers.” Since I don’t own any of their products, I figured I’d qualify. Apparently not. Instead of trying to keep my business or work with me, they simply canceled the order altogether.
What made the whole experience even stranger was that they were texting me reminders about items left in my cart, which already felt a little creepy. When I mentioned that concern, they just stopped responding completely.

Went in skeptical, left satisfied

Shirts look good, collars don't
buttoning it is awkward even with two hands, and doing up sleeves one‑handed is impossible. It also catches my beard and grips backpack and golf bag straps. I've had shirts from smaller makers with softer, more practical collars, so this feels like over‑engineering. Mildly annoying, because otherwise they fit and feel nice.

A "VIP20" code they sent me didn't work, I followed up, waited, was told it was escalated — meanwhile I found a public 20% code that the site accepted. Then someone reached out saying that code wasn't supposed to work in Canada. A bit frustrating, and it felt like an internal mix-up rather than my fault. Customer service was polite and tried to help, just slow and inconsistent. Delivery itself was solid and on time, so that's a big plus. Overall I'm still positive about the products and the delivery, but they'd do well to sort promo handling and ownership.

Wrinkle-free shirts
I bought some shirts that were supposed to be wrinkle-free, but they ended up wrinkling anyways. The shipping service was my biggest issue though. I paid more for express shipping and expected my shirts in 2-4 days, but they took a whole week to get here. It's not the first time this has happened, so I think they should give me back that extra shipping money. They should really think about using a different shipper if they want to get things to people faster.
Nice Polos, long sleeves
These shirts are really adorable and comfortable, but the sleeves are a bit too long. I love wearing them, but the collar always ends up floppy after I dry them. It might be my fault for putting them in the dryer.
Work shirts
I love these work shirts I got from this store, they're so amazing! They're not only stylish, but super comfy to wear all day. The quality is top-notch, I know they're gonna last a long time. The customer service I got while shopping was excellent. The staff really knew their stuff and helped me find just what I was looking for. I'm really happy with my purchase and will definitely come back for more later on.
Small shirt, wanting exchange
I bought this little shirt, but it was way too tight, so I thought I'd exchange it, but no one helped me. I kept emailing customer service like 7 times, but they never even answered me. I feel like I totally got scammed by this company; they're an absolute mess. Do yourself a favor and don't buy from them!
Dressy, sparkly collar
I recently bought this super cute sparkly collar and it made me feel like a princess, but when I realized it didn't fit correctly, I tried to return it and it was a nightmare. The process was really difficult and the customer service was not helpful at all. Overall, it was a really bad experience.
Polo shirts for layering
I love wearing these polo shirts under my sweaters because they're so comfy and breathable. Tight large Quattro shirt
I purchased a shirt from you called Quattro and it was nice, but it was too tight in the chest for me. I wanted to buy another one in a bigger size because I really liked the material. I had a discount code from you, but when I tried to use it at checkout, it didn't work. I reached out to you multiple times to ask why the code wasn't working, but I never received a response. This lack of communication is disappointing and left me feeling upset.
Quality of garment
I bought something from this store recently and dang, I gotta say, I am super impressed with the quality of this piece of clothing. The way it's cut, the fit, and the material are all top-notch.
