quality seemed on point, packaging nice, felt like a treat. Then the promo-code mess started. A "VIP20" code they sent me didn't work, I followed up, waited, was told it was escalated — meanwhile I found a public 20% code that the site accepted. Then someone reached out saying that code wasn't supposed to work in Canada. A bit frustrating, and it felt like an internal mix-up rather than my fault. Customer service was polite and tried to help, just slow and inconsistent. Delivery itself was solid and on time, so that's a big plus. Overall I'm still positive about the products and the delivery, but they'd do well to sort promo handling and ownership.
Collars didn’t hold up, delivery was a surprise
I pulled out the shirts I’d ordered for work. I bought them because I needed crisp collars for interviews (and honestly, after back surgery I can’t iron much anymore and wanted low‑maintenance shirts). Delivery was surprisingly quick — they arrived two days early and were nicely wrapped, with a tiny stain‑remover sample tucked in (randomly nice). But four collars were floppy or sewn wrong, so not what they promise. I sent photos and customer service flatly refused replacements. That part stings since I’ve bought a bunch from them before. If they offered an exchange or even a discount I’d stick around, but right now I feel undervalued. Oddly, the fabric and color were nicer than I expected.
Small things that add up
shirts folded, tissue, padding — you could tell somebody cared a bit about protection. There was also a short video email from the founder addressing me by name (yeah, that caught me off guard). I’m usually skeptical about personalized marketing, but this felt more like a human note than a sales trick.
The first shirts looked and felt different than cheap tees — heavier cotton, solid stitching at the seams, collars that held their shape without feeling stiff. I put one on and realized I’d gone wrong on size (my bad), which normally means a hassle. Not here: returned the wrong ones without drama and the exchange process was straightforward. When the right size arrived, the fit was exactly what I wanted — clean lines, not too boxy, not clingy. The fabric breathes well; after a day they still looked presentable (minimal wrinkling), and I actually felt a few compliments roll in, which was a surprise.
Second order was bolder colors because I figured why not. Again, quality held up — the colors stayed true after a wash, and the collars kept their shape. A few days after I’d paid and received everything, I got a promo about a free duffel for orders over $300. I hadn’t hit that during my order, but I shot an email anyway asking if there was any wiggle room. Didn’t expect much. To my surprise they sent the duffel along with a polite note — that kind of follow-through is rare.
So yeah, started skeptical, ended satisfied. Practical advice: double-check your sizes before checkout, but expect decent materials and customer service that actually responds. Small gesture, but it changed my whole impression.Half-buttoned regret
I was halfway through buttoning it when I realized something was off — the shoulders pulled, sleeves rode up, and the chest felt like someone shrunk it in the wash. I wore it last weekend to run errands; fabric felt nice but fit is aimed at slimmer guys. Had to go up a size, and their checkout switched my size and still charged me return shipping. Annoying, not true to size.
Wrinkle-free shirts
I bought some shirts that were supposed to be wrinkle-free, but they ended up wrinkling anyways. The shipping service was my biggest issue though. I paid more for express shipping and expected my shirts in 2-4 days, but they took a whole week to get here. It's not the first time this has happened, so I think they should give me back that extra shipping money. They should really think about using a different shipper if they want to get things to people faster.
Nice Polos, long sleeves
These shirts are really adorable and comfortable, but the sleeves are a bit too long. I love wearing them, but the collar always ends up floppy after I dry them. It might be my fault for putting them in the dryer.
Work shirts
I love these work shirts I got from this store, they're so amazing! They're not only stylish, but super comfy to wear all day. The quality is top-notch, I know they're gonna last a long time. The customer service I got while shopping was excellent. The staff really knew their stuff and helped me find just what I was looking for. I'm really happy with my purchase and will definitely come back for more later on.
Small shirt, wanting exchange
I bought this little shirt, but it was way too tight, so I thought I'd exchange it, but no one helped me. I kept emailing customer service like 7 times, but they never even answered me. I feel like I totally got scammed by this company; they're an absolute mess. Do yourself a favor and don't buy from them!
Dressy, sparkly collar
I recently bought this super cute sparkly collar and it made me feel like a princess, but when I realized it didn't fit correctly, I tried to return it and it was a nightmare. The process was really difficult and the customer service was not helpful at all. Overall, it was a really bad experience.
Polo shirts for layering
I love wearing these polo shirts under my sweaters because they're so comfy and breathable. I haven't tried wearing them with a blazer or on their own yet, but I know they're great for meetings and video calls. I especially like the lighter colors because they give a nice touch of color under my sweaters.
Collar
The collar was just way too expensive for what I got. It felt really cheap and the stitching seemed like it would fall apart after just one use. I was really hoping for better quality considering how much I spent.
Work shirt staple
This work shirt has seriously become my favorite go-to piece in my wardrobe. I can wear it under a sweater or a blazer and it just works. The material is top-notch and it washes up really nicely. I did notice that the older versions had a collar that wasn't as sturdy and didn't hold up well after washing, but it looks like they fixed that problem with the new batch. All in all, I'm super happy with this purchase.
Tight large Quattro shirt
I purchased a shirt from you called Quattro and it was nice, but it was too tight in the chest for me. I wanted to buy another one in a bigger size because I really liked the material. I had a discount code from you, but when I tried to use it at checkout, it didn't work. I reached out to you multiple times to ask why the code wasn't working, but I never received a response. This lack of communication is disappointing and left me feeling upset.
Quality of garment
I bought something from this store recently and dang, I gotta say, I am super impressed with the quality of this piece of clothing. The way it's cut, the fit, and the material are all top-notch. I'm pretty choosy when it comes to clothes, but I gotta admit, this brand really nailed it with their craftsmanship. I thought the large size I got was more of a regular fit rather than a modern or slim fit, so I'm thinking about trying a medium size to see if it gives me a tighter fit.
Polo purchase for business casual
I bought some polos from this company recently, and I was super happy with how nice they were. I found their website when I was looking for some new clothes for work, decided to take a chance on them. The polos I got were comfy and really stylish, which is great for my office's dress code. They had a lot of options to choose from, so I found some that were perfect for me, and even got one for my brother who hardly ever splurges on himself.
Shirt purchase
I bought this shirt on the internet from this website that was pretty cool and they had good customer service. But man, the quality of the shirt isn't the greatest. Sometimes the size tag on the shirt doesn't match up with what it actually fits like. And the fabric feels a little cheap, too light for my liking. The collar and cuffs seem okay, but the fabric definitely needs to be stronger – it rips way too easily. So, yeah, I like the shirt but I really hope they step it up and fix the sizing and quality issues.
Cute stylish shirts
I recently bought some adorable shirts from there and I always feel so stylish when I wear them. Everyone is always complimenting me on how good I look in them! But hey, can we start a discount program? I would definitely buy more if I could save some money. I'm really hoping to get some awesome red shirts to add to my wardrobe!
Quarter-Zip Reversible Sweater
I usually like what this store sells, but I was kinda bummed about the quarter-zip sweater I bought recently. It didn't have the fitted look around the waist like I thought it would, so it looked more laid-back and messy than I wanted. I was hoping for something I could wear both casually and at work, but it ended up being better for a casual day with jeans.
Long dress collar shirts
Your dress collar shirts are too long for casual wear. They might work for golfers who tuck them in, but for those of us who want to wear them out, they just don't work. I'm 5 foot 10 and the length from the back collar to the bottom of the shirt was 27 inches! I had to take them to a seamstress to get them altered. She had to cut them and add side vents to make them more wearable. The end result is great and I get a lot of compliments on them, but just a heads up, you'll probably need alterations to make them look good on you too.
Formal polos, sizing consistency
I've bought a bunch of fancy polos from this store and overall, I'm happy with what I got. The shirts are good quality and look nice and formal. My only gripe is that the sizing can be all over the place. I figure if I get the same style and size, it should fit the same every time. It's kind of annoying as a customer to deal with the inconsistency. But even with that problem, I still dig the concept of a dressy polo shirt.

New shirts
I'm totally in love with my new shirt I snagged from that store! It's great for when it's hot out, but also super cozy when it's a bit chilly. And can we tal... Read onBy: Bret
