I bought some polos from this company recently, and I was super happy with how nice they were. I found their website when I was looking for some new clothes for work, decided to take a chance on them. The polos I got were comfy and really stylish, which is great for my office's dress code. They had a lot of options to choose from, so I found some that were perfect for me, and even got one for my brother who hardly ever splurges on himself.
Shirt purchase
I bought this shirt on the internet from this website that was pretty cool and they had good customer service. But man, the quality of the shirt isn't the greatest. Sometimes the size tag on the shirt doesn't match up with what it actually fits like. And the fabric feels a little cheap, too light for my liking. The collar and cuffs seem okay, but the fabric definitely needs to be stronger – it rips way too easily. So, yeah, I like the shirt but I really hope they step it up and fix the sizing and quality issues.
Cute stylish shirts
I recently bought some adorable shirts from there and I always feel so stylish when I wear them. Everyone is always complimenting me on how good I look in them! But hey, can we start a discount program? I would definitely buy more if I could save some money. I'm really hoping to get some awesome red shirts to add to my wardrobe!
Quarter-Zip Reversible Sweater
I usually like what this store sells, but I was kinda bummed about the quarter-zip sweater I bought recently. It didn't have the fitted look around the waist like I thought it would, so it looked more laid-back and messy than I wanted. I was hoping for something I could wear both casually and at work, but it ended up being better for a casual day with jeans.
Long dress collar shirts
Your dress collar shirts are too long for casual wear. They might work for golfers who tuck them in, but for those of us who want to wear them out, they just don't work. I'm 5 foot 10 and the length from the back collar to the bottom of the shirt was 27 inches! I had to take them to a seamstress to get them altered. She had to cut them and add side vents to make them more wearable. The end result is great and I get a lot of compliments on them, but just a heads up, you'll probably need alterations to make them look good on you too.
Formal polos, sizing consistency
I've bought a bunch of fancy polos from this store and overall, I'm happy with what I got. The shirts are good quality and look nice and formal. My only gripe is that the sizing can be all over the place. I figure if I get the same style and size, it should fit the same every time. It's kind of annoying as a customer to deal with the inconsistency. But even with that problem, I still dig the concept of a dressy polo shirt.
Online order with a discount code
I just bought something online with a discount code I got in the mail. Everything was going smoothly until I tried to use the code at checkout and it gave me some trouble. I reached out to customer service for help, but I still haven't gotten a clear answer on what to do next. My order has been stuck in my cart for a few days now, and I can't seem to finish the purchase. It's really frustrating to have the item I want so close, yet I can't buy it because of this technical issue.
Wrong shirt shipped
So, I bought this really cool shirt for my vacation and they sent me the wrong one! I was so stressed because I needed it right away! Dealing with their customer service has been a complete nightmare. It's like a joke, seriously. They're making it seem like I'm the one who messed up.
I understand that mistakes happen, but they should fix it immediately and not make me feel like I did something wrong. They should have sent me the right shirt right away and refunded me for the expedited shipping, but they didn't.
I won't be shopping with them again and I'm warning all my friends to steer clear too!Return and exchange polo
Man, I had to keep going back to exchange this polo shirt 'cause the size just wasn't working for me. But seriously, Amanda at the store was so amazing and understanding. She stuck with me until I found the perfect fitting polo. I'm really pleased with the service I got from Collars & Co!
New shirts
I'm totally in love with my new shirt I snagged from that store! It's great for when it's hot out, but also super cozy when it's a bit chilly. And can we talk about their customer service? Seriously, Kim and Randi are the best - so friendly and really listen to feedback to make everything even better. Big shoutout to them for being so awesome!
Versatile and comfortable shirts
I've picked up a bunch of these shirts and now they're a must-have in my closet. They're great for any situation, whether I'm on a trip or playing a round of golf. The fabric is really comfy and keeps me feeling cool even in sweltering temps. My tip would be to go up a size because they tend to run a bit small. All in all, I'm super happy with my buy and will for sure be getting more down the line.
