Online fashion show experience
I just watched the online fashion show, and wow, I gotta say, the hosts really dropped the ball. One of them kept dropping curse words like it was nothing, and the other one was getting way too flirty while talking about the products. It made the whole show super awkward to watch. Raquel, in particular, was just so unprofessional. She was rude to viewers, talking down to them and basically bullying them. That's just not cool, especially in a professional setting. They definitely need to take a step back and rethink the whole hosting team and the way the show is set up. The company's reputation is on the line here, and they need to get it together to win back the trust of their audience. A complete rebranding and a focus on giving viewers a top-notch experience is long overdue.
Mis-marked item purchase
I recently bought something and the company had the wrong price listed, so they canceled my order. They gave me a refund, which was nice, but I wish they could have still given me the item at the original price. It's annoying to see something you want at one price, then have the company mess up and cancel the order.
Authentication card request
Even though I bought something, I ran into a problem because I didn't get the original authentication card. It was a big hassle for me because I had to spend more time and energy to reach out and ask for a replacement. I would have thought they would be more careful and make sure they included everything I needed with my purchase. As a customer, I really appreciate it when things run smoothly and I can rely on a good shopping experience, so it was disappointing to see this mistake.
Bag and wallet
The bags and wallets look much nicer on the website than they actually are in person. And the worst part is that you can't even return them, so now I have a bag and wallet that I can't even sell to get my money back. Just a heads up to be cautious when shopping on this site!
Delayed order with no communication
I'm really disappointed with my recent purchase from Jebwa. I ordered a week ago but still haven't gotten any updates on my order. I've contacted customer service several times but haven't heard anything back about my concerns. It's not cool that I've already been charged for stuff I haven't even gotten yet. Needless to say, I'm not pleased right now, and I hope Jebwa can fix this issue quickly.
Purse
After some hiccups with the shipping and some mix-ups in communication, I gotta give a shoutout to the customer service crew, especially Ray. They really came through, handling my worries like pros and getting stuff done quickly. We had a few chats, and they ended up offering me a bigger discount and then making sure everything with retrieving and sending the right item was on point. Once they got that purse back in stock, it was sent my way in a flash, and I was happy with how it looked and the accuracy compared to the description. Only downside was it didn't have a strap, so I had to send it back. Despite all that, I'm still down to shop with them again, especially if the prices stay reasonable.
Overpriced items, lack of COA
At first, I thought I scored a great deal, but it turned out the stuff I bought was pricier than what other stores were charging. It's been two months since I asked about the Certificate of Authenticity (COA) and still no word from the company. The fact that they're not being transparent about it is really frustrating. Their lack of communication and follow-through is pretty disappointing and uncool.
Banned from live fashion show
Hey, I tried to join this live fashion show and it wouldn't let me because I'm apparently banned. It's because I defended this lady who didn't want to bid on a pricey bag and other customers were being mean to her. They said she was wasting the host's time. It's not right to bully someone like that. I want to know why I'm banned while the mean people aren't. I have proof, so don't try to cover it up!
Variety of items
I just bought a bunch of stuff from this store and I gotta say, the service was top-notch. The staff really went out of their way to help me find what I needed and they were super helpful the whole time. They had a great selection of items, so I'll definitely be coming back for more shopping in the future.

2 unbranded chains
I bought two unbranded chains and 2 LV lock and key pendants from your store not long ago. I was really let down by the quality of the chains. They started peeling and tarnishing after just wearing them twice. I always took good care of my jewelry, never letting them touch water and wiping them with a soft cloth before putting them away in a jewelry box.
Missing Bag Strap
I was so let down by my purchase from this place. I spent a lot of money on a two-way carry bag that didn't even come with a strap - what a bummer! Then they had the nerve to try and sell me the strap separately after the fact. It just felt like such a shady move, you know? I can't stand when companies are dishonest and sneaky like that. And then they had the audacity to blame Poshmark for losing my strap, when really they just didn't include it in the first place. Turns out they gave the same bag to another customer, with the strap that was supposed to be in mine. It's obvious they'll do anything to make an extra buck, even if it means cheating their customers. This kind of behavior is not cool at all, and I hope others watch out when dealing with this place.

Necklace purchase
I had a really bad experience with this company. I tried contacting their customer service team a bunch of times, but never got a response. I had to ask for proof that the items were legit more than once before they finally sent it. It was annoying that I had to use Mercari to nudge them to send my stuff. This was my first and last time buying from them.
Bag purchase
I recently bought a bag online and was pretty disappointed when it arrived with a big black spot and cracked handles. The hosts on the show never mentioned these issues, and now I'm kind of stuck with a damaged bag. I wish they had been more upfront about the condition of their items instead of just trying to make a sale no matter what. It's definitely not cool to mislead customers in that way.
LV purchase
I was really happy with my recent buy from LV because it was just what I expected from the website. The person I chatted with when I was buying it was super nice and gave me a hand. But the Chanel bag I got was a letdown. It had way more dings than I read about in the reviews, and I couldn't send it back right away because I had surgery.

I just bought this fancy black thing and asked for a certificate to prove it's real. But when I got the certificate, it was totally wrong. They sent me a card for a gray shoulder bag instead of the one I needed for my black LV item. I'm pretty bummed about this mistake and I'm hoping to get the right certificate real soon.

I just bought a vintage bag from this website and let me tell you, I am super happy with how it all turned out. I'm big into shopping for vintage stuff, and I always worry about the authenticity.
