Online fashion show experience
I just watched the online fashion show, and wow, I gotta say, the hosts really dropped the ball. One of them kept dropping curse words like it was nothing, and the other one was getting way too flirty while talking about the products. It made the whole show super awkward to watch. Raquel, in particular, was just so unprofessional. She was rude to viewers, talking down to them and basically bullying them. That's just not cool, especially in a professional setting. They definitely need to take a step back and rethink the whole hosting team and the way the show is set up. The company's reputation is on the line here, and they need to get it together to win back the trust of their audience. A complete rebranding and a focus on giving viewers a top-notch experience is long overdue.

Bestop seats and hardware package
I spent over $2,300 on Bestop seats and hardware from this place, and let me tell you, it was a disaster. The parts came in separate shipments which was really frustrating. They said I would get three $50 gift cards, but I only got one. Their customer service was terrible, tons of runaround with no solution. Plus, they spam your email a lot, and their Fed-Ex shipping is a nightmare. They try to lure you in with cheap tricks, but don't be fooled. Check out Quadratech or 4wd hardware instead, much better options.

Personalized T-Shirt
I was really disappointed with the custom t-shirt I bought. The lettering wasn't good quality at all - the paint in the background was splattered and showed through the white letters. It made the shirt look dirty and it was hard to read the words. I thought I would get better quality for the high price I paid. It was a letdown that there wasn't a backing behind the letters to prevent this problem. Overall, I was not happy with my purchase and won't be shopping there again.
